Di, I say go for it..lol..don't come home with a..I should have..lol..you only live once! *wink*
Di, you have a naughty mind..lol..
Wild that the caves are so priceless hah? Handed down through the families and you cannot just simply add on to them w/o permission. I think everyone should visit a different country at some point in their lives, then they will value what we have here.
Hey there... Looks like you're having a great time and seeing a lot of interesting things! I've not been keeping up as I didn't have power for a week! Talk about a pain in the arse.... it's difficult to do homework by candle light. On top of that we've been up to our necks in splitting wood. Most of the house damage is repaired but we'll probably wait until next spring for the rest since it's asthetic stuff. Have a great time!!!!!
Great trip! Hi Diane -- thanks for all the information about Turkey and the great photos. Looks like you're getting around pretty effortlessly. I'll look forward to hearing about the beaches and snorkeling.
Wow, wish I wuz there! I have seen Cappodochia on "Diggin For The TruTh" and the Hitiites in other Biblical Archaeology stuff but having my very own sister makes it all the more real and cool!!!
Wow! A cave hotel??? Not your usual Hilton. How did they get doors on the rooms? Was the bathtub carved out too? Plumbing?? Gotta hear more about this stop...
Can't figure this out I can see you've been on here and added a couple photos but I can't find your latest comments or the photos to look at them. Is it just me or is this page just hiding that stuff somewhere between the advertisments so I can't find it? I don't even see the comment I posted a few days ago.
I work to pay the bills, I work overtime to travel. I want to see as much of the world as possible. I like cruises as they give a glimpse of different places with a lot of relaxation, but then i can visit the place and really get to know the country and the culture in depth. My next trip is Sept,2008 to Turkey for 3wk. I like to travel solo, which I am doing this trip. I am going to be looking for ideas for next trip as soon as I return from this trip!... full info
