hey there T! T, this blog stuff is the coolest thing ever! It is so fun to read about what you are doing and experiencing. It sounds simply amazing, with new adventures all the time. We had dinner with Dick and Erin last at - you guessed it! - Casa Rojas as Dick had been taking care of Marge and needed his Rojas fix! It was fun. Take care and keep on writing so we can live vicariously through you - our lives are just a bit dull compared to yours right now! Audrey and Bryan
Hello Tiana! It is my first time visiting this web site. I have to say that I was laughing alot reading your adventure in Bahia.
I am originally from Brazil, but I leave in Florida.
The reason why I was laughing so hard is that my husband is American and when we were in Brazil last year along with his Americans friends, we experienced the same dramatic-funny ride with strangers. I am Brazilian and I was freaking out, so I can imagine how you felt being a tourist there.
I am glad to know that after all you and your friends enjoyed Brazil and yes, Ivete Sangalo is awesome. We all went to a "carnaval" with her when we were there and our friends had a great time!
If you have any questions about Brazil I will be happy to help you;)
Best of luck on your trips.
What an Experience! I think I have to agree with your Mom that I could have done without the ride to the festival story. Glad all worked out and it will now be something to remember forever. I can't wait to hear about South Africa and Mauritus. We have just booked a trip for this summer for a safari in Botswana, Zambia and South Africa and will also be going to the Seychelles and Mauritus. Take care and love your journal entries! Love, Joyce Bill, Zach and Brady
So far T: They say that a little excitement is good for the mind. Sounds like you're getting your share. We are VERY envious, and continue to get our vicarious thrills through reading your adventures. Love you much. Pops and Janis.
i miss tiana TIANA!!!...I haven't had much of a chance to creep on you and your crazy adventures but I just sat down to look at your blog stuff. Gosh, I'm jealous. It looks/sounds like you're having the time of your life and I wish I could experience it all with you. You are being missed here in L.A....I bring you up in conversation ALL the time!..haha. I love you...talk to you soon girl. be good. :) xoxo:DANI
Wowza!! T,T,T,T,T,T,T! Sounds like you're having quite the adventure!! The taxi ride I'm sure was scary!! (I didn't yike it!) :) You are making great memories!! Thanks for the great detail on your trip!! It helps us to know your experiences! We adore you! Mom
Festivals and Futbol I can well imagine how scared you were feeling during that car ride. It's so hard to trust people in a strange culture, particularly when you can't communicate. It's the scary things that you'll remember forever, especially when they turn out OK. But, still, Be Safe!! I'm getting a vicarious thrill about your adventures.
Love, Grandma
Thinking About You Dear Tiana,
