Actually a lot of things built or developed throughout history were deemed to be silly and redundant, including the "Great Wall of China". If you investigate that theory through history, you'll discover that this display could in fact turn
out to be a message of some sort or even a form of communication through a different dimension. And, no, I am not crazy.... There are many such developments throughout the world and though out history that seem weird and unexplainable.
