Just gotten back rfom Mongolia I have had a life time wonderful experience. The family living out in the country treated me as one of their own family member. Wow! Anyone going to Mongolia be sure to go through Ger to Ger Tourism Project Nomad Center. I read the "lonely Planet Guide." We're planing to return with another couple in July-August. Thanks for letting me vent here...I'm so happy we went with this tour company...I kid you not!
Hello Hey guys...some absolutely awesome photos. super...i have some photos from berlin that i am going to email to you. i miss you guys heaps and i had a ball with you in germany. only wish we had longer.
love you both and thinking about you as always. xxx moo
Brings back memories Enjoyed your photos. Romania is a cool place, I was there in '94! I'm sure things have changed but doesn't look like a lot. The place still looks very poor and rural. I went with Romanian Uni friend and only at stayed in a hotel once. I was passed from friend to friend for a month, they are so friendly. Yes there are agressive beggers but not the worst. For those considering a visit they did most of the highlights, but the monasterys in the NE are meant to be amazing - I missed them.
Great photos guys - who do i credit for the "Lantern Inside Bran Castle" masterpiece?? Loved that!
I'm sure you've both become expert "arty photo" photographers by now, so keep up the good work!
xox
Hey guys, great blog as usual.
I'm getting ready to put up a few myself soon (I'm soooooo behind though). Am looking forward to the Croatia blog because as you know I never got there :) If Ceau_escu wasn't such a f**ker then that building would be funny.
Anyhoo, hope you guys are well. How long will you be in Germany for?

Town walls You have inspired me to go forth and photograph all the local town walls around Richmond. We call them 'f e n c e s'!

You've made me jealous! I thought it was cool when I got to swim with a green turtle while diving in Zanzibar, but to see them nesting would be a truly awesome experience. What an amazing place. The colour of the water at the base of the waterfall, the moss shrouded cloud trees, armadillos...all so beautiful. I'm glad you are having such a great journey. Enjoy Germany!
