You're the awesome!!!! Thanks Steve. I've been waiting with bated breath for a postcard from one of your spectacular sites. With all the blogging, I wasn't sure that you would come through; however, since you are not one to be rude or offend, and since I do know you to be of the utmost integrity, I had faith. I just wasn't sure if you would make it back before the postcard. I see it was posted July 20th. I received it today, 8/2. Thanks again. :)
Sounds fun but.... When you get back we are all getting together to see Batman at IMAX and you'll forget all about those beautiful beaches, temples, and 'boom boom' girls. : )
Great Blog Miller.
Happy Belated Birthday! Hi Steve,
It sounds like you're having an incredible time! I'm looking forward to seeing your photos. Thanks so much for keeping us posted on your adventure; I enjoy reading about it. See you in a few weeks.
Wow - except for the snake meat of course! Your trip sounds awesome!! I hope your sunburn healed finally. I don't suppose you packed Pond's lotion for your back :) Having just paid $300 for a night in NYC, I can't even imagine only paying $18 for a place on the beach, and clear water too. Falls Lake closed some beaches the other week for the usual reasons. I want to travel too!!
Hanoi Hello Steve,
You inspire me with you testicular fortitude. You're my hero. Ask for the "John McCain Special" when you get to the Hanoi Hilton. You'll love it.
p.s. I'm with Valley... any way you can act out scenes from "Rambo 3" is well worth your time.
Happy B-day! Happy Birthday, little beevie. Wish we could celebrate with you! I usually say do something fun and crazy on your birthday, but I don't think that will be a problem this year. Call us as soon as you get home. XOXO
Happy Birthday! Happy birthday, Beevs! Hope you're enjoying your day. It will definitely be a birthday to remember. Have a drink on dad ... and send me the bill. Looking forward to seeing you. Be well
Happy Birthday! Happy birthday, buddy! Enjoy your last year in the twenties. Thanks for the entries on your adventures. It's inspiring me to save some cash to take my own trip to Bail or India or China or any place outside of the States. Can't wait to see pics!
High Life You sound like you're having a blast - awesome! I want to go! Get that camera fixed! You need to show my kids pictures next year when you present your trip. Don't fall off any scooters or taxis!
Take care,
Beth
$$$ Doesn't look like $$$ will be a problem.
Another wow! It's summer in Esky .. 55 F now at 1 pm. Water is too cold to swim in ... power was out last night for three hours ... cost of transportation is skyrocketing! Wish we could pick up and move to a Thailand.
Suggestion You should get hammered and mix it up with the locals. I bet they're easier to understand when you're drunk! Maybe you'll have one too many and end up sticking fighting some guy in a back water bar for money. I saw it in Rambo 3 the other day. That makes it real!
I feel like this is that show on the travel channel where the 5 people travel the world and have to do the things that people post on their blog.
Are you by yourself? If so, that takes courage, man! Good for you! Sounds awesome so far, Steve! Enjoy! How many more exclamation points do you think I could put in this email?
WOW Sounds like an awesome adventure. Wish I were there! Ha Ha!
Did the two females that got into a fist fight go to jail? Enjoy your summer vacation, see ya soon.
Happy Travels Hey Steve,
Craig was telling us about your travels so we asked him to pull up your travel blog. We loved reading about your first couple of days. Sounds like there is enough going on around there to keep you very busy. Your writing is very interesting. We enjoyed it a lot. We wish you well with your vacation and Craig says hello.

Bangkok Hi Steve.
Wish I had known you were going to Bangkok -- my daughter was just there a couple of months ago, and also did a blog. She did some of the 'behind the tourist scene' version, as well as the high spots. She absolutely loved it. I know from her stories that after a long day of walking, you can get an hour long foot massage for about $6 ~ or shoulder / back massage for about the same.
If you like, I can email you her version of Bangkok.
Have a great trip.
