Dry days in Melbourne Rain!! - I wish....
Melbourne is cold, damp and foggy..

Are you likely back for MTC on June 10, or should I move the tickets?

To the brave adventurer.. Hi Steph and now Dennis - so glad to hear that you have reached Italy safely and seem to have settled back into civilised life so quickly. Think about what you are up to so often and just think you are such a brave adventurer. You are not missing much here I have had labrynthitus and been spinning for a week. Other that that I have my usual stream of English visitors although some of them seem to be moving out here now! Have a fab time in Florence it is a beautiful city. I look forward to the next update. In appreciation Steph,
I noticed that you do not seem to be getting many comments publicly on the site.
I just thought that I would say that I do very much appreciate your blog. It is fascinating. I am not sure whether it has turned me off or on the idea of visiting India but that is for later. You sound like you are getting an amazing break from all things. Keep it going!
Cheers,
Mike.
Aha! Hi,
Just saying hello really and yay - we have comments. I love reading the blog and it's nice to see everyone's comments too.
I can't wait to hear about Italy and hope you can find someting to eat other than coffee in the land of pasta, gelato and bread!
Have a lovely time with Dennis...Europe in the springtime *big sigh*
ps. we had record month in April, I know you're off work, but you're one of the only ones who cares about such things. I am putting the success down solely to our lovely new printer and Mark's great new chair!!
love, Em xxxxxxx
Great to hear from you.... Hi Mike,
Great to hear from you. Am now in Leh Ladakh and it's a completely different India. Can't believe that tomorrow is my last day in India!

Hi Steph,
I'm exhausted just reading your stories. Amazing how much you can fit into a day. I'm certainly wasting my day sitting at a desk! The traffic stories ring a real loud bell for me. It's a wonder there is any room for cars with all the other non-motorised items all over the road. Keep enjoying, sounds like a great trip. Mx
YOU ARE NOT OLD! Anyone who has the guts to take a trip like that sort of on their own...cannot be considered old. What an adventure...
besides it seems to me that as a teenager you were colouring your hair and wearing reading glasses...in the words of Pat Benatar..."We are Young". See you next month!

hi steph love reading your blogs. looking forward to the next installment and seeing photos on your return. feel like i am with you when i read them. keep safe and well.
A real trooper .. it has been fantastic reading all your news you are such a brave person. Steph and I were just wondering about you yesterday - yes you are being missed. Hope your flu goes quickly. love Sara X
Your new calling in life! Hi Steph
I can't wait for each instalment; you are an amazing writer! I am not sure if you deliberately set out to entertain, inform, inspire and warn your readers (particularly your more mature friends) of undertaking such an adventure, but it is working wonders. Lonely planet look out! You must seriously use your talent to publish travel guides that 'tell it as it is'. It will definitely help the older traveller. Enjoy yourself and keep well, love Val.
Just Catching Up With Technology Hi Emma,
Have only just figured out how to look at comments and respond to them.....so sorry that I haven't made any response to your earlier comments. By the time I get back I'll be a full on professional in the blogging business - but it has been a bit of a learning curve.
Hope all is well with you and Mark. Looking forward to catching up when I get back!

Steph
Hi John & Julie So glad you're enjoying the blog - always worry it will be boring. Looking forward to catching up sometime in June, so I can bore you with some stories in person.
Love
Steph
Sorry to Miss You Too Yes, Emma, it's too bad that you have to be on holiday YET AGAIN when I will be in England. But this is what comes of being the spoilt child of divorced parents, isn't it.
I love your email address by the way....princess in pink is the perfect name for you.
Love to you and Lucy (and Mum too)
Steph
Missing You Too Hello my friend,
Think of you often and how much you would probably hate travelling like this. Feeling a bit sympathetic to this view at the moment as I have a terrible cold and nothing here is heated and it's really, really cold. However, the sun is shining so I can't really complain too much.
Love to everyone - especially you.
Steph
Missing you Reading your blogs again- sounds like you've had extreme experiences. I hope you are doing OK- long time betwee blogs.
I have nothing so exotic to report. 2 weeks of non stop rain- Ark should be ready anytime soon. Had a nice weekend despite the rain in Katoomba with Bruce and Jack
All going well on the home front. Look forward to hearing about next adventure
OMG! OMG! It sounds like your having a fab time. Sorry to be missing you when you come here....=(
India sounds amazing I would love to go.
Lots of love

chaos sounds like complete chaos, but that you are having a lovely time.
In fact, it sound a bit like 800 Tooronga Road - male dominated, chaotic, a bit smelly and no one can work out what's going on and who is supposed to be where!!!
Look forward to the next instalment, Em xxx
Hello from the spoiled Canadians Nowhere to go but up...I hope! Can't wait to see the photos. I like your updates for the weekend...much more likely to read them. Perhaps you need to find the right translation for "piss off" in order to get the correct reaction!
Bon Voyage Well this is a bit hi-tech! Will your blog be linking to facebook? :)
Sorry not see see you before you left, but I know how time just gets away once you stop "working" ha ha.
I hope you weren't one of the people who's clock went back an hour a week early...and they all missed their flights!
Have a wonderful trip and make sure you take some time to watch the world go by in between scaling various mountains, jungles etc.
Look forward to catching up via your blog and hearing all your news.
Hilarious name for the blog.
Love, Em xxxx
