Hey mate its still nice and wet here in londres and i am loving the pics and great stories. Living vicariously thru you...keep living your dream matey x
Not fair !! Melquiades - Do I have permission to use the surf pic of you as my desktop wallpaper ? (Others will think we're batting for the other team but let them think what they want, we know the truth).
green with envy I sat on that lookout about 6.5 years ago when I stayed in the middle of Grajagan bay in some forestry department huts they rent out dirt cheap. Got some nice waves on the beach break out the front and walked about 6 hours along the beach and through the jungle in to G-Land one day. No chance of surfing it, although it was flat anyway and we had to get a speedboat to take us back across the bay cos the sun was going down not long after we arrived.
That's a cool photo for the album.
Finally - I see you surfin! Wow Rog, you really do look like a pro surfin - tis great to see a pic of you catching a wave. Your travels sound amazing - keep em coming!
Big hugs

Liz often asks me what I think about out there but whoa... youv'e really put some time in out there so fair play for backing it up and articulating it. Good on you!! Mike
my advice keep moving - before you know it wont' be Cast Away it'll be Born on the Fourth of July with you and some mad dude down there having wheelchair races in the desert smashed out your face.
A true surfer would be following the waves wherever they may be.... ;o)
fulvio he be wrong Tom Hanks character in the film anyway went after the girl making the point that life goes on (his wife met someone else whilst he was castaway). That aside you'd be better off chilling and letting it slide for a while, see what falls into your lap grasshopper :o)
You are too funny Esther! You had me in stitches for minutes when I read that. I miss you two. When are we going to catch up again? How about Bali in late August?
Rougsta.....mate we know you are holed up in a scuzzy govy flat on the outskirts of london with a pock-marked ho bag living on 2 minute noodles and the dole ...we dont think any differently about you and we still love you. you dont have to lie mate to get attention. come back to australia and we'll put you up in the garage. its gonna be ok mate.
Hey dude... Got your email re: the seaway... not good I know but now you know what's underneath you you lucky prick.
Pretty nippy here at the moment... and thats just getting out of bed! still it makes for a good surf as there's next to no one out.
I'm off now, good to hear from you and will see you in Septemberish. Mike
Hey there, Rosey suggested I start a travel blog and a few of my friends have asked me for updates whilst I'm on the road. So here it is. My Surf Odyssey travel diary. It kicks off in Mexico and then as long as the wave at Puerto Escondido doesn't kill me first, I'll be heading to Hawaii next and a few other places in the Pacific. Stay tuned...... full info
