While watching live feed of the Balloon Boy found myself looking for your van. Didn't see you or the balloon boy. Pictures of the deer made my mouth water, horse .. . . . not so much. Kathy wants to know if you are flossing.

Have the time of your lives!!! Hi, Ariel and Joel,
I just wanted you to know that you will never regret taking this trip! Bill and I drove cross country, camping, for 6 weeks as our honeymoon. I would do it all over again in a heartbeat --- one of the best times of my life. Although the weather may not permit you to do some of the northernmost camping we did because we traveled in Aug/Sep (Mount Rushmore/Yellowstone/Tetons), there are such amazing places to see! If you get the opportunity, try to get out from Seattle on the Olympic Peninsula. You can camp on the shoreline and see the lights from Victoria, Canada at night. Kudos for keeping this blog! When we went (1992), there was no internet, so we kept a hand-written journal. I think it's time to pull it out and read it again.
Have the time of your lives!!
Love,
Brien and Bill

I know I don't have to tell you but being MOM I am anyway.....embrase this adbenture with both arms, an open mind and a loving heart. It will be years before you fully realize how an adventure like this is a life changing event. Make it a good memory. Love to you both, Mom
cool idea Nice blog. Thanks for the update. Very post modern. Maddy has a new zach, just so you know. His names Leon. Ha! I actually like him. Tell zach to say hi to his. Brother for me. Markie Mark talks to animals? You're adventure is exciting. Good for you. I'm happy for you, be careful, don't change.
I am 23 years old (about to be 24) and am taking a three-month road trip all around the northwest, southwest, and south eastern US with my boyfriend, Joel. We are traveling in my Mom's giant Chevy conversion van, which she was gracious enough to let us borrow, :). We have been planning and saving for a long time, and are VERY excited about what is sure to be a life-changing experience! ... full info
