Planning a trip to Jordan in the September time-frame. Thoughts thus far:
Fly into Dubai, explore a few days
Jordan: Petra and Wadi Rum trek (Explore UK: Spice Trails of Petra)
And that's as far as I've got.
Options:
Jordan (Aqaba, or one of the resort towns)
Israel
Morocco
Turkey
Egypt (Nile river boat)
It seems rather a shame to fly all that way, and only spend a week 😊
