Oklahoma Haha, you mentioned Oklahoma as well...
P.S. Note that I'm reading your blog from end to beginning
P.P.S It is sooo weird to read all this after such a long time..
Shower Curtain:) Peter, I googled "volunteers" and "South America" in order to find a place to work at in Colombia, and I stumbled upon your blog. Why didn't you tell me you had one????! Now I have to read all of it at a time, haha. Well anyway, I'm impressed you mentioned my shower curtain!!!!!!!!
Hello
I´d be happy to help, but a little more information would helpful. How long will you be here? What will you be doing for volunteering (teaching, construction, etc.)? What do you know about the organzition? Will you travel afterwards, if so what do you plan on doing? Where are you coming from? Etc. Just let me know. If you send a message instead of a comment, it won´t post your informatin where everybody can see it.
Help? Hi, I'll be trekking down to Quito in a bit to volunteer there (staying at Urcu Puyujunda in the Cloud Forest) and was wondering if you had any suggestions on what to bring and what I should definitely not take with me....or just any suggestions in general.
10,000 People As I have told you many times, there are only 10,000 people in the world. If there were really 6 billion, you wouldn't constantly run into people you know or who know someone you know.
Guinea Pig What a coincidence! I just came back from a Rollout Meeting in Minnesota and we are adding Guinea Pig Sorrentino to the menu. Your last blog had me in stitches. I am glad to hear that you are doing alright and hopeflly you'll find una mujer bonita muy pronto. Cuando se tiene amor todo esta bien. Muy buena suerte...we miss you at the Mac Shack.

Incan Empire Are they still using those ropes with the notches in them to deliver messages like the Incas used to do? I just thought of a great new occupation for you, Peter: you could be the runner that delivers the messages between the villages!
Hell Yeah Well well Peter, you did what none of us thought you'd be able to do....make it to Ecuador alive and well. I hope the Spanish lessons go well and keep the blog updated when you can, I'll be keeping up with ya, so don't let me down.
