Look Dapper Wow Eric great suit - looking forward to seeing new duds for all of you. Sorry I am not with you to have a silk dress made for myself! Do I really take 3 days to hem your pants???? Enjoying all the pics and your wonderful trail of events. Love the beach scene. Can't you picture me stretched out on a chaise! Next year (not a threat!)... Enjoy stay safe and thanks for sparing me the horror stories of your adventurous rides on your motos... Hugs to you all Love Mom
Love the pictures This is great, now the blog is like a kids book and i don't have to read the words. I can just look at the pictures and put the story together for myself. So you are the new head waiter at a fancy restaurant where they serve really large salads in wicker bowls and your sister is in a sweat shop making lanterns...did I get it right?
Zoot suit Man you look like the Godfather´s younger cousin in that suit! Very dapper. Sounds like you´re having a good time, and I bet it´s not that expensive either. I can say ´yes´ to the former, but as for the latter... You´re going to buying all the drinks for a while. Just joking...or am I? I had the nightmare scenario happen last night - arriving in Rio at 1:00am, then driving around not being able to find the hotel through the favellas till 2:00am. Still, it all worked out. Now I´m surrounded by hung over Germans and French. Gotta love this travel thing, eh?

Yummy Bugs... Hey there big spender... You are supposed to close your mouth when you are on a motorcycle. Anyway, nice suit! I need to take some classes. Do you think they could replicate the "destroyed jeans" from Hollister that Jeffrey is begging for???
:) Camille
Lanterns Hi,
I meant to say lanterns and lantern making, not sure why I kept saying baskets. Don't want to sound so out of it. Nice photo of your sister making a lantern. Did you take step bystep photos for the class lesson
LUcille
enjoy!!
Well these past few days sound very interesting, exciting and educational for all of you. I can't wait to see the new , well dressed Mr. Paci or willwe ever see them other than the picture.
the classes sound great and lvoe the photos too. Paci in a suit!!!!! But are you crazy with that box tomake baskets........a great idea and all but carrying it for the next two weeks....... I know you are an educator and wanted to share this with your students...but I bet you may end up shipping it before long...or unless if you think about it maybe when you meet up withthe girls they could take it home for you. Just a thought and I bet you already had that idea
anyway. Be sre that no bugs get in that box. that is probably the only thing I'd be disgusted with is bugs......I do not like bugs of any type. Well enjoy and stay safe and thanks for sharing. Say hi to everyone.

HI Speed Racer,
Your day sounds very interesting. Your writing is at its tops at this point. the years of writing about your ventures have helped you be mroe explicit each time. It is great for those of us following along to try to gt the best picture and idea of where you are and what youare experiencing. I find myself ready then two or three times each to be sure I didn'tmiss anything first time around. Thanks again for sharing. Hope you had a good train ride. Waiting for future updates.

Eric's mom.... Hi there, it's Suze. I can relate to not ever knowing what sunscreen is too....another Italian here (Lentine) who never burns and tanned my fool head off for most of my life. It caught up with me finally, in an unfortunate medical way and I've learned a hard lesson. So poor Eric gets to hear my "sunscreen preaching" all too often. I know it falls on deaf ears though - but I can't help but try anyway! Yes, I do remember that photo of him from Africa - he certainly fit right in with the natives!!
Kho ? Thialand Christina - Most likely yes. Let me know which one. Up north or down south? I'll start looking into plane fare from here to there. keep in tousn
future travel We have decided that when we continue our world travel you most definately are coming with us--if for no other reason to be the "no" guy. That, and you are a most amusing blogger. Much as you said you can my voice in your head, I can all too clearly not only hear yours, but see your facials and body language (as I'm sure most any one who know you can!). Man, Paci! You are like a good book--don't let Gabe rattle you, we all love your stories. Besides, it would just be out of character to be short winded.
Continued blessings on your journey. Say hey to your sis for me.
peace
never too long Hey Eric .. I didn't mean your blog was too long or excrutiating .. the descriptive detail makes us feel every step you climbed, every fowl word you used, to get the "parking" guy off your back .. and the agony of being so lost. But also the joy of the great panoramic views (now that I see the great pictures). Keep them coming ..
Dad
Hello Z Zac Hello Hello Hello this is a strange way to reach out and say hello but it works .... somehow I can just picture you pre fatherhood on these journies with Eric!!!.... But no journey in the world is as adventurous as that of parenting .. just look at the adventures I am still getting to live zseeing two of my three children meeting up in Vietnam. My spirit and heart with them... Ahh parenting the most exciting journey of all. It is so nice to hear your voice. Enjoy the ride it goes so quickly... and from what I hear you are now on another new adventure with a "business" of your own. Good luck lots of love Mamma Paci
The other blogges comments Gia and Suze.. Eric doesn't know what sunscreen is. All he knows is one hour in the sun and he is totally chocolate... and loves how it works for him in his travels!!!. Helping him to not look American..... A man who can transform his ethnicity to suit his needs.. Remember the pictures of him in his blue trubin in Africa on a camel ?
