Exotic dairy foods... I don't think my tummy could handle all the unrefrigerated dairy products! Doesn't it make you sick?
Anyway, I love reading these! Keep writing!
Enjoy I love reading about your adventures. Seems to me you are on vacation---I have never had a "job" that was this fun and exciting.
Enjoy it all. You know what I have always told you...you have a long time to be old and just a short time to be young. Live it up and have fun. I can't wait until I come to visit.
Be careful and keep exploring the world.
Love you always,
Mom
You crack me up! I just got caught up with your blog. I'm dying here laughing at your comments. Janet asked if the beach house was your apartment. RIGHT!!! You are on one long adventure. Reminds me a little of when I lived in Spain, but I worked on an American Base and could get American product at the commissary. You have it rougher. Have you been to a butcher shop? They didn't refrigerate the meat in those days but put them on slabs of marble. I can remember primarily during the holidays that they would have dead rabbits hanging from hooks near the cajito - not sure if that's the word you used for cash register. I'm reliving my experience through you. Take care. I miss you!
