Blech!

What a fascinating tour this one is, taking you to places and exploring cultures that most of us are unaware of. I'm so excited I'm ending sentences with prepositions! The horror! Your account of singing Old MacDonald (related, by the way?
) made me think of John Candy leading a bus full of people singing The Flintstones.

I'm sure enjoying your blog, and sharing it with my 95-year old friend in California, who also raves about your writing skills and enjoys reading it each day.

A crabby Texan, Miljo, and a cute guy walked into a Plovdivian bar... I can't get over the fact that they erected (I know) a statue of a guy whose claim to fame was behavior that could get him thrown in the pokey over here. And the fact tha
t he has his own stop on the Plovdiv tour! This is just the craziest of all your tours so far. I'm loving it. Am I surprised you won the fake place contest? Nope.

I agree with Marianne! And suspect somewhere there's an elephant who can't remember where she put her memory This is a very interesting entry. Who knew little Bulgaria had so much to offer.

I love how you got to see all the different religions and their places of worship. How cool is that? I can't wait for the next installment from the monastery.

Very informative. I don't know how you remember all this information.

I just never know where you're going to pop up! Will look forward to the stories to come. Meantime, you know you can pay to be on the tsa precheck list, but for some reason I have been "randomly selected" every time I've flown for the past
couple of years. Go figure. I do have my theories though. Enjoy, stay safe (and cool), and don't eat any bacon and turkey sandwiches. Oops.
