home ownership Actually ppl DO own their homes in China. It's the land that they do not have the ownership. When you buy a house in China, you are actually buying the structure and the right to use the land for 70 years......hehe, why 70 years? 70 years later, China probably has changed into a capitalist country. So really, home owners never worry about this 70 y thing.
Awesome! Keep it coming. It is a wonderful rendition through fresh eyes, filled with verbal and literal images that share the adventure!

Wow! Your pictures look great. What an interesting city, how amazing that you're really there! It's interesting to me that the "Super Target" has words in Chinese, numbers in "English" and an "exit" sign with the English word "exit"! Is it weird not to hear or see English anywhere? I remember feeling out of the loop in Germany since i couldn't read nor understand much. Hope all is well and remember my story when you look at that "fresh" fish!!!!
I MISS YALL Hey Guys!
I hope that you are enjoying your first day in China! I am so jealous and wish I was with ya'll! I had a lot of fun this past weekend with a bunch of fun parties but this next week is going to be very very busy with school coming to an end! Call me as soon as you can! I love you both and tell everyone I said HI!!!
LOVE,
Kaitlin
