I was born in Melbourne Australia and hadn't really started travelling until I was in my 30s. My primary aim is to see the world and find out as much as possible about my family tree. I also enjoy photos and videos of places I visit not to mention seeing all the famous landmarks and different cultures.

Hong Kong is amazing! A very different life to what we are use to here in Australia. Hong Kong is one of two special administrative regions within China (the other being Macau). This means that although the two states are contained within China, they have independent administations ruling them. First night and landing into Hong Kong My first impression of Hong Kong was wow! Coming in at around number 20 of the largest cities in the world, Hong Kong is truely huge. Starting with the airport - requiring a basic underground train to take passengers from one part of the airport to the other, Hong Kong has many appartment buildings spanning from the airport all the way to the main city.
