Wow the Energy at the game sounds Amazing! And is now added to my life's "To accomplish/Experience list!" I LOVE Granadilla, It is everywhere in South Africa :) Can't wait to read about what happened next!
I think I was there! Honestly, Max, if you wrote any better you wouldn't even need your fabulous photos. Maybe you don't anyway. Hard to tell which is better. Words or pictures. Like the serials of old, I am impatiently awaiting the next installment!
AWESOME! Hey Max - your blog is fantastic! I think you should be a writer, you really have a gift for it. Love the Mark Twain quote too - so true. Life is too short to regret not doing something you love - go for it! Stay safe - lots of love!
Well said Max :) I\'ve grown up in a traveling family, I have always had that particular itch and don\'t think it is one that I will ever be without. Can\'t wait to see what happens next! And your right, every andventure must begin with an adventure!
blog heaven So glad you're back to the blog thing vs seldom brief emails telling me where to mail credit cards and asking me not to forward videos. You are a wonderful writer and all of us are following along on your adventures vicariously. Funny, observant, empathetic, along with your gorgeous photos. (love the panorama)! I know it's time consuming, but we all treasure the blogs, and as you said, some day you will too. When your memory is even worse. Love!
Hi Max! Hi Max! It's Big Paul from the Sheraton. Diana told me that you're doing well and out travelling... so I thought I'd wish you well. My wife and I backpacked for 6 months straight before we got married and are both SO glad we did before we "settled down". Now that our son (also named Max) is in college and our daughter (Izabel) is about to go to college; we're starting to plan our next adventures as a couple!
Best wishes in your adventures. You will never regret the time you've spent on them.

What?!?! Did you really get into a fight with the Metallica dummer?!?! lololol I hope you are still alive since I am reading this a week after you sent it. Hope you are having a blast!
Amazing! Max - love your blog diary! Your trip sounds incredible - so wonderful you and Aaron are experiencing so many different people and cultures. Loved the Metallica confrontation - he deserved it! Keep up the blogging - can't wait for the next installment!
Stay safe and have fun! Aunt Less
Wow - Max, your blogs just keep getting more and more amazing. The photos are almost surreal. Maybe you can write a book about your adventures when you get home! You and Aaron are looking very fit and trim - must be all that hiking (and drinking instead of eating?)
You guys would be awesome on the Amazing Race - except of course if there was any weird "meat product" Aaron would have to eat. But to have a chance at a million dollars and see more of the world for free?? Take care and hugs and kisses! Les
love and marriage So glad to see you guys are still finding unique experiences and even more amazing, still getting along! The wedding sounded fabulous, and your speech made it worth the price of admission for all the drinking and eating you guys must have done. Secretly glad you've had to cut back on the alcohol to save money. Save some brain cells while you're at it. Photos are fabulous as usual, and the blog, well, like I've said, you should write a book! Or at the very least, a magazine article. Keep 'em coming, we're starving for news! Love!!!
Simply entertaining Thailand would be great to see! Lucky ducky. I don't think you are going to be able to function when you come back lol. You have been spoiled (in a good way!). Hope to see you soon!
Max, I'm so jelous. You are seeing the world and I'm stuck at the Sheraton :( Hopefully I will be able to see you when you get back I have really enjoyed your WEBLOGS! Thanks for wrighting so the rest of us could invision what it was like for you! Enjoy the rest of your adventure! See you in a month!
wow, sounds amazing max...that's so great that you got to experience such an intimate and indigenous wedding. i will have to say that it scared me when i read the beginning of the weblog when you talk about how you don't remember getting home...i guess it's just the jewish mother in me coming out but PLEASE be careful, i want to see the levitt brothers alive and well as soon as possible!! miss you guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! xxoo
Amazing! Max I am so jelous! I will deffinatly make it there some day and do that... maybe next time you go I can tag along! Sounds like you have had an amazing time! Cant wait to hear more! It sounds like we will see you at the Sheraton when you get back!
almost a friend I loved this line. I swear you need to write a book or at the very least, a magazine article somewhere. Don't worry about writing being too long, I devour every word, and can picture myself there through your gorgeous photos and funny and colorful descriptions. Glad to see you're changing your likes and dislikes with food. Maybe when you come visit next time you'll eat something new. So, it beats the Rockies?? Thought that was pretty hard, can't imagine trekking your route. I agree that those downhill parts can be even harder sometimes. Glad the headaches didn't progress into real altitude sickness. So enjoy your music festival, leave it to you guys to find concerts wherever you are! LOVE and safe journeys.
Holi $@%$%*!!!! Wow. What a trip of a lifetime you guys are having. I love all the photos and your blog is amazing. Stay safe and don't look down on your way up - love you guys! Les, Haley, Shawn, Tara and Jake
