San Pedro de Atacama yesterday, after a very early morning wake-up call, by 4am I was already in a bus on my way to Tatio Geysers Field (which is located at 4,200 meters above sea level about 100km away from San Pedro de Atacama & with over 80 active geysers, El Tatio is the largest geyser field in the southern hemisphere and the third largest field in the world, after Yellowstone, USA, and Dolina Giezerov) already on the road after an hour or so it got quite cold, but I thought that the driver most likely has turned down the heating... well, some time later the reason why it got so cold has been revealed once We've reached the "ticket office" close to the geysers - it was minus 12.5 degrees Celsius!!!
