Forgot About The Holy Cow

After 10 weeks wandering the Indian Sub-Continent I decided I had to document my travel experience I set out on this adventure not sure what to expect reading and researching all the information, I started to wonder why and what I was getting myself into, a women on her own in India, well all I can say is I had the most wonderful experience, enriched by the fact I was travelling on my own, sure I met lots of people westerners and locals alike, drank gallons of chai, road the rails, got lost, found again, lost again, but generally made my way across this vast continent and had the time of my life.

I probably saw one thenth of this wonderful country and cannot wait to return, India never fails to disapoint, maybe sometimes not for the faint hearted, just when you think you have seen it all something else comes along to suprise you, you will never be disapointed. If your a women travelling on your own, dont let some of the information you may read put you off, its challenging, sometimes frustrating, but definately one of the most interesting travel experiences you will have.
