hi! longtime i didnot reply,i see you have a good trip and fun around the world .i hope you will continue that way.NZ seems to be a lovely place to crash for a while.am in and out to france at the moment .love u didier
Hi guys, sounds like you're packing a lot in. Don't understand why everything is more expensive, are you dividing everything by three? We found fuel half the price of England, evrything was a lot cheaper than Oz. Also being out of season it should be really cheap. Top ten parks are the most expensive though. Hope the weather improves for you, stay safe.
Love and kisses to both x x x x
From Hayley - Forgot to tell you i went to the doctors! Forgot to write that when we picked up Dora we were near a airport doctors where you could walk in, so i thought i would go about my throat, waiting for about half an hour, had to pay $100, just to be told i was fine!!! Apparently my tonsils are smaller than average, and i'm coughing due to the change in weather and need to take my asthma pump daily, he gave me a perscription for antibiotics incase my tonsilitus does come back, but he said i was fine! Which is good, but annoying i spend $100 on it, will try and claim it back from the insurance. Also got my hair trimmed (the side fringe part) cos it was annoying me! hayley x
CATCHING UP Just been catching up on some of your blog entries - so much to read and should be working, really! You were so lucky with that wallet, James, and I hope it continues (Have you got my share of luck?) Glad that nobody had malaria, after all. I gather from Trisha's comment she hasn't heard of the Fiji-NZ dispute and the NZ gov recommendation not to go there - now she can worry about that, too. Keep on keeping on, and taking care, luv Dad
I have just read all the comments (worked out how - amazing!) It is great -I feel that I am getting to know everyone better as well as learn about the trip! I am glad you are better J - was worried about the Maleria thing!! I still feel a bit under the weather (but least I know it isn't Maleria!) Anyway, shocked to hear that the Neighbours set is so teeny but very glad your hosts have been so nice. Wish I was there! Anyway, NZ next and no doubt I can spend more time worrying about you both! I will be happy when you are in Fiji where hopefully the greatest danger will be sunburn! Love you lots and missuuuuuuuuuuu xxxxxxxxxxxx
melbourne hey, doing a bit of luxury in melbourne.good after all the travelling around.you are a bit of lucky boy james after the story of your wallet.i cant wait u describe NZ ,i never been but i heard a lot about it.still follow you around.by the way did you photocopy all your papers,cards....etc and trisha have the copies?????? because if you have not ,do it now and send to trisha.easier to manage with proof in case.so long didierxxxxx
Melbourne tips! Hi Hayley! I'm loving the blog! I have been to all the places you've been, its like living it all over again :-)
the neighbours tour is a must - do the afternoon tour as you get to meet one of the cast! we did a friday afternoon tour but think any afternoon is fine. There's also a pub night on Mondays too where you can meet a few more cast members. :-)
St Kilda's is quite nice, great cafe's and nice beach. Also try the Melbourne museum if you like that kind of thing - the old set of the Robinson kitchen is there (Neighbours again!!). walking aong the river (think it was the south side) and the botanical gardens if you like that kind of thing. If you're looking for a cheap hotel, the Kingsgate Hotel is pretty cheap and central.
Have a fab time! :-) love Karen x
hi long time not connected to you.bit of drama in my life at the moment.comparing bondi beach to cromer a bit much james.hopefully find better comparaison next time.c u later didier
Well done! Well done James for the update! You didn't mention my rash or new found bookworm status! Nevermind! I'll add it in the next one.
Still no to the bridge walking!
Love h xxxxxx
Hi, James and Hayley. I'm so envious, it all sounds great - apart from the mosquitoes and water-related mishaps. Blog seems difficult to negotiate at work but maybe there are IT restrictions - I've only just been able to find all your comments, so I've had a nice update this morning. Take care, the pair of you, and carry on enjoying. Love, Dad
You will love Koh Samui Aaron and Riss went there, you will get some great pics of sunset and sunrise. Enjoy chilling on the beach. All is good here! love u lots xxxx
Sounds great!!!!!!!! am so jealous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! George Michael was great, saw him last night! Enjoy the last part of this venture xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Another excellent blog - a different style to yours Hayley but both very informative and entertaining. The trip sounds amazing but too ardous for me (I know hard to believe) the only bit I would really relish would be the massage. And the mosquitoe bites, as C would testify I become obsessed with counting and rating them in terms of pain, itchyness and scaring...pathetic! Anyway love and miss you loads...look forward to hearing about the waterfall! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
It sounds fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!! glad you are having a good time, can not wait to see the dvd, LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So pleased you are living these experiences, life experience is so important and to see how other people live in different countries and cultures can only be a positive experience! Very proud of you!!! love u lots speak soon, back to law case study :-( xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Wow, that all sounds so scary, especially the raft! Much, much worse that my camel experience. I would have done more than swear Hayley! The sun burn sounds bad too - make sure you cover up. Anyway, I love the blog - so detailed I can imagine myself there...not always a good thing. I like a civilised loo!
MISS and LOVE YOU LOADS xxxxxxxxxxxxx and HENRY Miawwwww
Wow Hi Guys, sounds like your really getting into the Thai life now. Well done Hayley for the rafting, give it all a go, you might suprise yourself. Make sure you don't keep scratching the bites or you might get an infection(Mummy advice!!) All ok here, miss you lots too. Have FUN, Love you both, Mum x

Great blog. Fantastic to know that you have landed safely and settling in. Such a strict dress code for your tour...I thought that might be confined to visiting temples etc. Have a fab time on the trek - blog when and where you can! Keep those mosi's off - think Deet!!
MISS YOU LOADS xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Bangkok Hi hayley and James
Not sure how long you are going to be in Bangkok for but if you are having problems with a place to eat you must go to a restaurant called cabbages and condoms, it is really great, its a restaurant that supports people with aids and instead of mints with you bill your given a condom, really weird but the foods great and the setting is brilliant, try it out, its a must while in bangkok, have a great time speak to you soon.
Glad you are ok Hi ya u two! glad you arrived safely! Yeah bit of a culture shock!!! but I'm sure you will relax into it. Have a fantastic time, take lots of pics for me. Be safe, love you lots linda xxxxxxxxxxxxx
Hello, you are in Asia now! Exciting...I hope you are feeling better Hayley and that you both take care in that city - no dangerous Tut Tut (spl?) rides. We are all ok (ches has just had breakie, at 2pm and is still too exhausted to even come downstairs to talk on the phone!) I am missing you like crazy..I hope that you will adjust to the humidy soon. Sorry James, have to tell you that you will miss the last of that Tiger/ Shark castaway programme..shame!!!I am going to mow the lawn now, Henry must think it is a jungle. He is missing you too - keeps wandering in your room then leaving again with a sad look. But I am trying to pay him more attention! Write soon, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Take care on the trek!! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
