Four of us (Dana, Ezra, Imogen, and I) decided to take a sleeper bus to Hampi. I had taken a lot of overnight buses in the North, but I guarantee you that the name "sleeper" is false. Well, this time Imogen and I shared a sleeper cabin, where we could lie down fully. My goodness, for the extra $2.50, this was the better way to go. I managed to get some ZZZs as the bus rolled on to Hampi. We arrived in town mid-morning, with lots of ricksaw drivers wanting to help us find a hotel. Fortunately the Brits had told a place across the river, away from the market and the craziness.
