Good to hear from you again Clair, I was wondering if you had dropped of the edge of the world (oh, never mind, Columbus proved that couldn't happen). Your adventures continue to amuze and delight. I am beginning to be glad that I will do my European trip next fall with a Rich Steves tour so I don't have to worry about extra fees, etc. for my rail passes. Actually, I think all of our travel is by bus.
How does Classical Mythology taught from a Spanish context differ from an American context. Are there any different assumptions present in the teaching approach?
'Till your next posting. Jennie
Sounds Exciting Thanks Clair for keeping us updated. Your trip sounds quite exciting. As you explore the depths of Prague, I hope you are intrigued by its culture and geography. It is good to hear from you. Keep us us posted! Have fun and be safe. Happy New Year!!!!

Interesting thing about Febreeze; it doesn't actually eliminate odors, it just completely covers the molecules for a really long time until you foget about it. Then your stuff starts smelling again and you have to use more.
Clair, I continue to marvel at your adventures in Spain and your opportunities to travel to other countries! I am SO jealous!! Keep the blog and the great pictures coming! I savor every word and image! Que pases buenas vacaciones de Navidad!
Sounds Fabulous Well, after reading your ongoing saga, Spain and Portugal are definately on Fritz's and my travel list in retirement. Thanks for wonderful newsletters. I really appreciate them. Jennie
Boone, Iowa Hey Clair! Guess what? I'm originally from Boone, Iowa and grew up there because my grandparents and my uncles own farms there. What a coincidence! Don't get rid of that fine shirt -- I'm sure if you don't use it, I can find someone who will.
Hola Clarita! Hola amiga! Como esta? Veo que esta pasando un buen tiempo en Espagna! Quiero muchisimo en su lugar!
Que pasa un buen dia!
Chico (catbirdman! HAHA!)
Recuerdos de Espana I am so happy for you, Clair, that you have finally gotten back to Spain. I know how enthusiastic you are about the country and the culture and I hope you have a marvelous time. I'm also glad that your mom contacted me and added me to the list of those receiving your blog. I can hardly wait to hear your comments on Valencia, as that is where I went to the university in the early 70's! Keep the info coming!

Truffles C,
Thanks for keeping me posted, sounds like a great experience so far. Ask if they know where to find "trifeles" (aka truffles). Recall, these are subteranean delicacies that are produced by ectomycorrhizal fungi. Spain is a great place for them to grow.
Learn lots and have fun! Pete
Guten Tag, Clair! I'm glad to see that you made it to Spain safely and that things seem to be going well. Keep us updated!

P.S. You are going to have to bring home at least one CD of Spanish guitar music for Addie...she digs it.
Blog Away Awesome Blog... I break into song now....
It's blog, it's blog, it's big, it's brown, it's wood.
It's blog, it's blog, it's better than bad, it's good.
I may have mistakenly replaced log for blog in the above song. Hmmm....
the airport make sure you don't have any kind of liquids in your carry ons. That is getting lots of people...including liquid foundation, but you don't wear make up do you? You're naturally HOTTT!!!
