flu + dead cows Hope you're over the flu now David - sounds like you're still having a great adventure - good job you weren't in India - I think running over a cow is probably a hangable offence!!
Chicken Barbeque! Another good blog to make me smile in the morning... the Chicken barbeque in the church made me smile... it's probably how KFC started in the 'Deep South'! stay safe... hugs Annie x

Hi Uncle David! Congrats on becoming an uncle! Haven't seen her yet but she looks beautiful in the pics. If you need another pair of glasses do let me know if we can help. Lisa x
...leave your mark Pleased to note you avoided the temptation of scribbling ''Uncle DB was 'ere'' on that cave wall !!
Looking forward to the next update ( ..and will give you full de-brief of the RUSH concert next week )
Not for Mondays Hello little Mate!
I've come to realise that it's a bad idea reading your fabulous blogs on a cold, damp October morning in the UK! They just lead to bouts of depression and extreme jealously!!!!

Yay... they're back! ... your piccies are just gorgeous... hope you do something with this blog when/if (delete as appropriate) you ever return... I'm with the others... the Chicken Bus sounds better than sitting here in the office shuffling paper... keep on having fun... stay safe and don't stop blogging x

Great to get your updates - you'll need another year after to just sit and reflect at the wonders you're experiencing each day ( apart from the 'grey brigade ' !)*
Next stop?? Looks like you're having a great time matey. It would be great if you could turn this experience into some sort of travel writing / journalistic work even if freelance, as some have already commented. Fancy it? By the way, who do you think the cappucin monkey reminds me of ....? We're back in Spain now and working hard on various (non-finance industry related!) work. So keep in touch and enjoy the rest of the trip.
Cheers
Dave and Rosie

c'mon more details please... Now come on, you've heard some live music and told me nothing about it - enough lizards and lightning storms, we want details i.e. was there a good keyboard player in the band!?
Liked the bit about the Caribbean sea - you know I spent a couple of weeks sailing around Grenada?
salsa dancing... Hi David, glad to hear about the dancing - you can't be in latin america and not wiggle your hips a bit! Great photos and that account of the volcano's a bit hairy...I'm not half as brave as you.. But I have just bought a camper van and hope to take off for Spain next month!
