Bob says you have apparently been living a sheltered life. He says there are Jesus t-shirts in just about every truck stop. He also says being a truck driver doesn't make you a sinner but a believer! And as for the 18 wheelers- you two were merely snails in the path of ants (no offense). We're enjoying the blog! A great idea! How many miles are on your odometer? It looked like it read 10,898.
One more thing I forgot--after I read the thing about the tumble weed, I would be thinking of that song--I don't know the name of it, but I'm sure you know what I mean--HAHA : P
That IS a great water tower! I love the turbines--that photo looks like something out of a movie--reminds me of Rain Man. Can't wait to see more pics : ) Love you guys!
I'm backwards I read OK first because I like some excitement in my life. Sorry bout the windshield. Glad there's not a dead bird issue. Likin' the pictures!
Chris, you tend to make up things that happen when one crosses the state line (was it you who thought the air turned dirty entering WV?). Also, I want a secret message and I heart Stacey! Stacey?
sounds like fun hi Chris and Stef,
Sounds like you are having a great time, even the fear of the pod--it's good for the soul.
looking forward to the next entry--love you lots!
I've been using the wrong link! I just tried this one(the one in your first e-mail that you said didn't work!) tonight. Should you really be taking photos while driving? Anyway, enjoyed the pictures and commentary. I miss you! Be careful and I'll check back soon! Love, Aunt Jude
Mascot and Ohio Like the idea of a mascot. Need to see a better pic of Stacey. :) Also, I never feel bad about leaving Ohio. Their tactics have no effect on me. The arch at night looks great! Keep driving safely! :)
Missouri can suck it. Missouri's state sign was on a bridge over the river in 500 lanes of traffic, so there was absolutely no chance of scoring a shot of that sign. I'm mad.
Good Luck on your trip. Be very careful! Dont pick up any strangers along the way. Stef if you see a tumbleweed grab a piece for me. Did you take your angel with you? God bless you both.
Love Aunt Dena
preparing for the big adventure! it's a lot of work but certainly you've done that before. it should be lots of fun! we'll stay tuned. love you, Aunt Deb

Isn't this a Bugs Bunny quote, too? I like the alma mater picture.
