Great stuff I think that it's great that you are enjoying your travels and experiencing things you may never have, had you not been out of the US. Reading how you utilise your time to research for students and at the same time, push your boundaries is inspiring. Best of luck for the rest of your travels.
Outstanding! Sounds like you are getting SO much out of this trip - great experiences, awesome theater, info/resources for your students and classroom, and you are even facing your fears! Thanks for sharing your adventures with us!
sounds about right... LOL. Immigration is not fun in London, but we walked right through it in Germany. That food looked really yummy. Did I mention that most places in London are not air conditioned? But i heard the weather has been pretty wet and yucky lately, so maybe it won't matter. Glad u made it safe.
Fill me in Hey Mr. Elliston, hope you keep a detailed account of your travels. I'd also like to know how that play turns out. I've been wanting to see a play by Sam Shepard entitled "True West" for some time now. Maybe I will. No...I will.
I am a ninth grade English teacher who took a trip to the UK thanks to a grant from Fund for Teachers. This blog is now being kept open in order to record the effects of the trip on my teaching and how I end up incorporating the experience with my students.... full info
