Less than a Week Ian
I can't believe that we will be seeing you in less than a week. It seems that you have had a lifetime full of adventure since you deaprted in October. You have earned a prime spot on the "Who gets the best Leaf Jersey and seat" roster for our Dec 23rd game by intertwining hockey reporting throughout your travels. Not too cold here (8 degrees) so perhaps you will get a chance to acclimatize slowly. Looking forward to seeing all the pics.

Zapatistas You are not giving the Zapatistsa their due credit - their glorious revolutiuon lasted 7 hours not six. Get you facts right if you are purporting to comment on the grand sweeps and milestones of world history. Make sure you're not "fleeced" down there - no matter how cold!
Keep on Writing Ian - So great to be able to follow your wonderful travel adventure through your blogs. I love your descriptions of these exotic destinations and of the people that you have met along the way. Am a little concerned that you have not mentioned the Leaf hat for while and wondering if it is still on your head? Also want to let you know that your father has gone too far in his warped birthday extravaganza and is claiming that the stat. holiday on Nov. 13th is in honour of his birthday (really due tho the fact that Rememberance Day fell on a Sat.) Perhaps you can help to set him straight on this. Stay safe and keep on writing.
Love Auntie Gail
Way to go! I think its great that you are meeting so many people. You are a very interesting guy with a great personality and good looks (from your Mom) But there is no doubt in my mind that the "KEY" to your successful travel thus far has been the "Toronto Maple Leafs " cap.
Seriously. Great to see you are having a terrific start. Have you had a shower yet?
Thanks for the Updates Ian
How great to hear of your adventures. Sounds like your trip is turning out to be everything that you had hoped for and more. However you seem to be a little too concerned about the lack of hockey score avaialbilty. Just forget about it .... you have much more interesting things to be pondering right now. Your ever considerate father has sent us a cap to replace the Leaf one that we sent you off with. The Bella Bella hat is currently residing in Toronto. Safe travels.
Love A. Gail
