your grande tour wow, Brit, I shall have to read this over several times to get the thing straight in my head as I was trying to
see it through your eyes......I am really going to miss your blogs....but will be so happy to see you....lv, ga
the end of the trail you know what, Brit, I was in Oz with you, and you wrote so well, that I could actually visualize a lot, and, also,
I felt a sense of sadness that it is almost over, at the same time, can't wait to see you....insofar as not seeing that
woman again....let me tell you, at 81, I really have learned that never say never....lv, ga
aboriginal dance hope you paid attention to the dance, because I would love to have you reproduce it for me so that i could get an
idea of how it goes.....have always been interested in the aborigines....it will be a holiday when you come home....lv,ga
Have a great time at the Reef. It all sounds so exciting. I'm a bit envious of your adventures but so happy that you get to experience and see this great planet that God has given us. Can't wait to read your next blog after your trip to the reef. Good luck with all your finals! Love, Aunt Jodi
misc. Brit .... it will be so good to see you again....but I so much enjoyed your blogs that i am sure to miss them when you
get home.....ah well, all good things must come to an end.....(and bad things as well) - we had a few snowflakes the
other day, it is going to be a long cold winter....but to quote and old quote "if winter comes can spring be far behind?"
your blogs have been so well written that I could envision Australia....and that, to me, is worth a lot....careful when
you are traveling and kiss Australia goodbye for me.....lv, ga
Hello = ) Yea, I haven't forgotten. There aren't any here in Perth (where I've done my uni) but should be one in Sydney.

Saw cute pictures of the boys playing hockey/at Disney land. Hope you got my postcards - B
Coming Home Britni, hard to believe it is almost over... Enjoy the remaining time and places.

(I'll take a Large ;-)> )

Tell me about... Brit - ...what color is the dirt? which indicates which metals or ores are prevalent... the color of the sea?...i know the
Atlantic is green and the Pacific is blue...but you abut the Indian Ocean so let me know....pick me up a smooth light
river stone (one smoothed by water) about the size of a quarter, please, I will drill a hole in it and wear it for a necklace
so look for something different...the color of their sunsets....just like ours? favorite fish they (they being the natives
of OZ) eat, fixed how? Their bread....whole grain or white like ours? what is the biggest difference you found between
the Aussies and us......I always thought we were somewhat interchangeable....but, then, they may consider this
comment an insult.....I will be so happy to see you again and no one knows better than I how fast time flies....
if you can remember, Sydney Broadbent would lke you to send her a postcard to: Sydney Broadbent, c/o Pat Lewis,

your last month there it seems, in life, that all the rare and beautiful things pass too quickly, and all the painful, dirty things last forever.....
so enjoy every minute, because once you get back, it will all seem like a dream.....don't forget to bring me a small
stone or shell from the beach (quarter size)......because you are doing something I would have loved to do....Kiss
all the Aussies goodbye....we couldn't have won WWII PAC without them...and if you have the money, buy a cassette
or copy one of your friends down there of the old Aussie songs.....I know I'll hear from you before you return, but
it really has been fun reading your blogs....I look for them every day....love, ga
about Bugis Junction just for your info, Bugis Junction was constructed over a preserved street. It was the first air-conditioned street when it first opened. You might have noticed from the street level, quaint windows of the building that looked like it used to be someone's house once upon a time.... it was! :)
Of course the interiors are all reconstructed to fit a mall profile.
Singapore After reading your mago blog, I am glad you got to go, but am glad I didn't go to Bangkok when I had the chance - being hot always makes me irritable....by the
way, does "sheesh" stand for ha-sheesh - which is
a poppy dirivetive (sp) and used with a hookah?
love your blogs. lv, ga
Good Day! Hi Britni, Sean gave us your blog address today. Looks like your having a great time! Good luck in class. Bet you never thought you'd hear from us. Randy said, watch out for the Great White Sharks! Be careful!
So what do you think about their educational system compared to the U.S.? Ask someone where they get their hot dogs from? Maybe that will give you some insight to why they are bright red? Or they are just full of dye. So are the portions a lot smaller in Australia vs. home?
You made it much further then I would have if I were sick. You are a trooper. Sorry, I haven't heard back from my loser co-workers on what to see in Singapore. Time is flying buy. I've been in Fort Myers almost 4 and 1/2 months and now I am going back home on 9/13/09.
I agree with you. Way to expensive for food. Pizza sauce and salsa aren't too overly priced. Would it be any less expensive if you and your roommates bought some stuff together and shared?
I heard about your allergy medicine. Are you going to be able to get it? Is that why you have a cold? I sent out an email to the pilots and f/a's asking if anyone has been to Singapore. I'm hoping someone will respond and give you some places to see/do.
Hope you feel better.
haha. i think everyone else found my "lets look at Australian groceries" article quite boring.
There was an article just on yahoo news. And it said how Australian groceries are significantly more expensive than other countries.
but yea, peanut butter and candy bars is what I found to be ridiculous
Hi Uncle John and Aunt Pat! Sounds like you are having a great summer. I am jealous of the 90 degree weather you get to enjoy and the time you get to spend with Grandma Anne! Australia is great fun, but I miss the family a lot.
Pass on to Kyla that I am very jealous she gets to go camping, as I very much enjoy going. I went last summer, but was unable to this one because I had to leave so soon. I hope she has a great time.
Good luck to Jane and Wayne on the house hunting as well. I'm sure they'll find something they love!
love you both!
