Oh, he'd be under the sinks working on faucets, in the rafters rewiring, putting up cabinets, painting--there's no end. But he has NO TOOLS. Imagine Bob without tools!

Well, you guys know I'm reading them. Linda is too although she has to wait until she can get onto her big computer as it's hard to see on her iPod touch screen. We love keeping up with you - it is giving us more fodder for giving you grief
when you get back home LOL! I am going to try an share the tango show entry to my friends in DC who are absolutely tango-mad! Wonderful shots.Went to Snappy's class on tying flies - excellent. I can't keep up the pace with Rick's production schedule though. That's about all the news from Kalispell.

I know! You are the BEST at leaving comments. You Rock!! Let me know how your friends like the Tango shots. It was an awesome show, really.

Great post. Makes me miss all you guys at Christmas! :(
24th December 2009

Christmas needs family. The happiest time of the year is pretty sad without it. Hold'em close, before they run off to be cowboys or truck drivers or whatever it is kids want when they escape from home.
24th December 2009

Sweet post, Mom. It made me cry. And I LOVE the Nutcracker. I was so missing it this year, I bought a recording of it. It doesn't come close to seeing the production. However, as Shawn (and John!) can attest, most stateside productions are
pretty bleak--nothing like the real Russian ballet. Wish I'd been there with you. And what a perfect show for Daisy. Glad you're having fun,~Kari

Thanks. We've been through alot with that kid, haven't we?And speaking of ballet, well, coming off of productions ala Billings, I thought it was superb. They had local children in it too, which was a nice touch, but it was apparent which wa
s which. They were point ON, precise, gloriously smooth, in-character every second. I could have watched it again and again. Not for me, the ballet critiquer's role, but if I were trapped in a room of chocolate covered macadamia nuts and told I could eat all I wanted or go see this nutcracker, I'd be outta there.
24th December 2009

she looks seriously happy! what a kid :)
24th December 2009

She tried on that red shirt she's wearing in the picture and wouldn't take it off. We had to take the price tag off at the checkout so we could pay for it. I could buy a dozen of those shirts if I could ever find one again.
17th December 2009

I bought a Nikon D5000. And thanks. That little bugger was darting out after some bread and then he'd dart back undercover of this brush so I had to take a bunch of shots to get any that were sharp. It was pretty fun to see I'd gotten him!
16th December 2009

Gorgeous photo!! What kind of camera did you buy????
13th December 2009

Yeah,...I would say you've got your groove back with that camera. Those pictures kill me. Especially since it looks so warm there & we're dropping down to below zero temps again tomorrow.Enjoying your new toy,~K
