green with envy Hi Jenny and Mike, how I envy every step you take it brings back so many memories, you are following the same steps that I took when I went around Oz, it opens many doors, there is just so much to see, and you have'nt been to the west of Oz, maybe next trip hahaha, I look forward to your stories, it's like a story book and I get upset when I have to wait for the next episode hahaha! The weather here is dreadful lots of flooding mainly up North and midlands thousands of houses flooded, we have been lucky heavy rain but no flooding, Well take care and I look forward to your Cairns adventure you will love it, love Vicki xx
Lots of us are reading! Cos I noticed that you hadn't rec'd many comments I thought I'd just let you know that many of us here at UoC are reading all your adventures (with envy!). I have passed on your link to many! Possibly, you might like to look up an old friend of mine in Sydney. I haven't heard from him in about 12 years! ? He was a very good sailor and sailed Skiffs from a Sydney Harbour Sailing Club. Let me know and I'll send more details. If not - see you when you get back. KEEP WRITING.
Viv

Far Eastern promise Hi World Travellers,
Great to read all is well and that Bali is so interesting. Enjoy as we pound the wet streets in preperation for the big day on the 22nd April!!
Jealous! We are all very envious of you both as we have had two horrible days getting into work in snowy conditions. As I look out of the window at Avonmouth it is dark, grey and cold. We will raise a glass to you tonight at our "Christmas" do. Have a marvellous time and we look forward to reading your blog and looking at your lovely pictures. Best wishes, Daphne
Long journey Hi there Batstsone,
gald you arrived safely and are having a great time.
You must have taken the long route if it was 125,000 miles, I think you went around the world about 5 times first, didnt you notice seeing the same thing over and over again.
After months/years of thinking about travelling, we are finally off on 2nd February 2007. Our aim is to see as much of NZ and Oz as we can without rushing to the 'must see/do' places. We will have the time to wander (and run - maybe even the odd race or two), but mainly to experience new places and meet new people. We are two very lucky people!... full info
