Whoa!!! We really hope you were inside your car looking out the window when you took the pic of the bear
What an awesome way to wake up every morning and look out to that view.
Love you. x0x0
another point of view I have heard so much about the Parnell extended family and seen some photos too, from Emily so how nice to read and see more, from your perspective. When I think about it, you've spent longer there than Em has at this point-how strange.
So, back to the real world now? Do you have some time to spend with family before heading back up to the Yukon?
I will enjoy reading more about your adventures. What a brave group you Russell women are!!! I'm very impressed with you all.
Hugs,
di
Thanks for sharing. What a great family. Beautiful children and glorious smiles. Are those their uniforms? They are vibrant and refreshing. Holy moly, is that the trail the children walk to school on? In dresses no less.
You had an affinity to Peruvian children so I can see how you would bond accordingly to these delightful youngsters.
You look in your element holding Fretdem.
With love Ang. xoxo
your home. Thanks sweetie for the pic. It helps. i can't believe the colors in the 1st picture "on the road to Mayo." The wilderness and majesty of the outdoors is home to you. Your photos all capture the space and freedom and the immensity of nature. You know what captures your heart.
Back up North :-D ... I'm glad you've found yourself near a peaceful resolve with yourself after the past five months of wandering. I am not sure of it, but I think that travel has a kind of polar affect upon a person depending on both past experience and where they're at within their own lives. For myself, I know that although I found myself in moments of exhausted frustrastion and a sort of 'resolve' in the sense that I had contented my wanderlust in that moment - in retrospect I think that my own 5 months was a catalyst for a deeper sense of urgency and insight into the realities of the conditions that the majority of people living in the world are forced to find themselves trapped into. South America kind of gave me a new breath of "yes, travelling foreign and third world countries is possible and yes it is in a way very necessary.. - for me."
I'm glad you are enjoying Mayo!! I like the photos, especially the first one! ...
Bueno noches para ahora linda chica..
far out dude! My first thought in looking at the 'fam photo' was that the woman on the left was Andre Drouin's wife and the 'dude' behind her was one of the Blues Brothers!
Did you get to the Cliffs of Moher (ph) in Ireland? We've always been amazed at the history the British Isles have to offer - my favourites are the castles. I never tire of checking them out.
regards
