Amazing Weather Every time I read where the weather has been unpredictably amazing wherever you have travelled I can only Praise Our wonderful Lord as it is He who is in control. Of course I pray regularly, as I'm sure you do, for the weather to be favourable for you, and for your safety, as you treck into some awesome places created by the hand of the our Creator God. Continue to have a magnificant journey. We miss you but feel you near through the emails and blogs!!! xoxox
Snow and Ice WOW!!!! Once again fabulous reading your blog and what you have done! All that walking makes me exhausted just reading it, but hey you guys are super fit!!! Renee I related to you not wanting to walk any further. Charles was wanting to walk everywhere carrying everything we had with us (not just day packs), mainly through the towns and cities to find accommodation to leave our stuff at, then more walking to sight see around the area!! We were in the USA and didn't go on trecks like
you guys though. Boy have you sure done some walking overall with some magnificant scenery to reward your efforts. Hope Zac cooked you a birthday dinner fit for a Queen!! Well done Zac for your efforts to find a cake...as they say it's the thought that counts. xoxo
Jamesions Sounds like a nice surprise at the end of a walk!!!!!! and you wouldnt any ice to go with it, than a bit of glasier. Thoroughly enjoy the reading, stay safe and enjoy. Love Dad.
What An Adverture Hi guys...WOW we have been reading your beautifully written and descriptive blog, well done to the Author (Renee)! And of course for your input as well Zac. You certainly are having a great time in a beautiful part of God's Creation it seems. Az showed us the Facebook page about your 5day 100Km walk - unbelievable!! Hope the sunburn wasn't too bad Zac!!!! We are very proud of your adventurous spirit and trust The Lord to be taking care of you always staying one step ahead of you. xoxoxo
Good luck! Sounds like quite the adventure! All that waiting in line must have been painful. What did you spend your time doing? I've just looked at this on a map - a 50km ferry or a 850km bus trip! Hopefully the weather is better today!
It ended well :) It would have been an overnight bus or a short 1 hour ferry... We thought we were making the right decision. We ended up being delayed for about 40mins the next day, but we got there. It was a smooth sailing too the next day. We basically stood in line for that entire time. Alternating between being happy and getting frustrated. But it was worth it even if it turned our 4 day journey into a 2 day one. :)
