Bali
I'm certainly glad you found a driver who would take you where you wanted to go. Sounds like you ended up having a nice time. Eager to read more.

Great stuff
Kelly was checking that area for a downy blenny she saw the day before. I saw Steve hanging in that spot for a while and was video capable but didn't want to get in his way. We went back over the shallows in the end by the boat launch checking the sea grass but nothing exceptional. Nice seeing you again. John

Hi, Mena, your nudi is a Favorinus auritulus ..... the bumps on the rhinophores are the key for the ID.

Cool flounder!
That flounder is a great find! Would love to find something like that. I *think* that's the same type of nudi that showed up in a pic of mine inside an upsidedown jellyfish (at the bridge) that I recently posted on ScubaBoard. I only noticed it after I got it on the computer screen. :-) Got this in a "PM" from Anne: Saw your post this morning and the photo of the upsidedown jelly. And it DOES have a nudibranch in the jelly. He is feeding on the jelly. Awesome photo! Look on page253 of Caribbean Sea slugs and you can read more about it... Wonderful time with mermaids.
Being the father of Trish the mermaid gave me a wonderful opportunity. I was able to help Patches get North, and while meeting her, was also fortunate to meet Ximena and experience the wonder of her work. I will always be grateful for their kindness and generosity. The images are a wonder. The experience was truly a highlight of the summer. I hope we will once again cross paths and continue similar journeys.
