Diving Philippines: Exploring Dumaguette underwater surroundings

My friend Bill had moved to Dumaguette one of the most famous critter muck dive sites for underwater macro photographers and critter hunters. We have been talking about paying him a visit and explore the waters together. Finally once in Thailand I decided to change the last leg of my trip and come over. He has brought 14 dive sets and 7 cameras from the USA and was eager to explore and test all the gear.
