well spoken little pilgrim you are doing so great little missy. we go away to learn of ourselves in so many ways. being alone sucks. being unhappy sucks. being grumpy sucks. it is all in the eys of the beholder. recognize it when it comes and change it. The first part to recovery is acknowledging our wrong doings. we are just human after all. love ya. Maureen

Oh, one final FOOTNOTE: In case any of you were wondering, I took that Government-graded/approved 97% final mark straight to my Grade 11 English teacher, laid it on his desk, accompanied by a sweet smile. And simply walked out again. No "verbal" words needed. Looking back now, I realize it was a very "smart ass" move, but at the time it seemed such a perfectly fitting ending, I just had to. And yes, perhaps just a little bit of selfish satisfaction fuelled me to do it hahaha.
Grazie mille mio Padre! (Thank you so much Papa) You know, it just takes time to figure it out in life I guess :) I can proudly say today, I feel more love, blessed and appreciated than ever before! :) :) :) It's a GOOD FRICKIN FEELING!

Bongiorno! My name is Brittany and I am a 22 year old currently living in Calgary, Alberta, awaiting the trip of a lifetime as I set off to Italy at the end of the month to begin a job there as an Au Pair. This blog is something I (poorly) began two years when I took my first trip to Europe. At that time I was only going for a short while, two months to Spain to complete the most intense physical task I have ever accomplished, El Camino de Santiago.
