Great blog! I'm really enjoying reading through your adventures! Your pictures are amazing. You should look into getting a gorillapod. It's a flexible and portable little tripod for your camera. They're a great invention! (and we've used them for lots of "dashboard shots"!

Great pictures of the desert Lyn. I drove thru Death valley when I took a course in Scottsdale. 1968. It was summer so I had AC installed on the old ford van.
Safety first! Mother.....I've warned you once about all this photo taking while driving! Be Careful!! Although, you do have some nice pictures!
Love you!
Betcha I bet those guys caused the exhaust leak. New vehicles do not have leaky exhausts! Then they wanted to pass the buck.
Anyhow it turned out well at the end.
Your wonderings Dear Lyn
Janet and I have really enjoyed your wonderful travelblog. You have really been an inspiration! Wally was with you all the way.
Of that there is no doubt! He is proud of you.
Lyn, I hope that you will contue these interesting travelogues as you go on your way.
One of these days you must really swing by here in Weatherford to stay with us. Another possibility is for us to rondezvous with you at a campsite. That would be great.
Lots of love to you Lyn!

Hot Dog! Those sand traps look great to hone one's bunker play.
My telus hi-speed and TV has been down for 2 weeks. They can't fix it. I'm relegated to slow dial up on my laptop.
Good to see you doing great on the beach. We have one rain storm after another. All due to Gore's global warming of course! Hahahaha.

Coming back down! Hey Lyn - one of these days you'll be back here with us. We also hope for a visit from you sometime. Your trip sounds like it's bee namazing - thanks again for all the news, photos, impressions. A great travelogue all round. Love from us both...
I was just gonna say Deadwood city last week and then visiting Louisiana next! You sure are getting around. So you flew! Well thats faster than driving. Probably cost less than the gas bill would of been.
Great pics and commentary BTW!

Safety first! As much as I'm enjoying your blog mother, I must speak to you about all the "behind the wheel" photos. I know someone who would not approve :) It is stressful enough knowing that you are driving a 33 ft long home AND towing another vehicle....
Let's mount you a tri-pod on the dash or something!
Be Careful!
Love you!
You are sure getting around. Pics are great. Don't rush back to Texas just yet. There is another biggie storm after Dean. Also Okla is underwater on the TV news.
Hiya Lyn The pictures are not opening for me today. I will try again tomorrow. A glitch somewhere I suppose. The pics from your last entry were great. I passed them on.
Well you are sure getting around! You must have a steady hand and a good camera to take those shots thru the windshield.
I bet if the car had a sunroof you would standing up for a better view, sticking it in cruise control and steering with one foot. Hehee.
You have quite a way to go before you become a addicted gambler. Blowing a dollar is my first clue!
Take care
Al
Wow, what a trip! It looks like you are having a wonderful trip Lyn. What a nice tribute to Wal. He is with you in spirit, that's for sure!
Thanks so much for sharing this fantastic experience with us.
We look forward to your next adventure journal!
Love
