I've seen god only knows how many ruins in Mexico and Central America (Mayan, Aztec, Zapotec, Totonac, etc. etc. etc.) but those were the first Roman ruins I've been to. The pictures turned out alright even though I got sunburned by walking from Moulay and the time at the ruins.
Thanks. Even though my camera is a bit out of date it takes decent pictures and they don't take forever to upload. I didn't ride any quads. A bit out of my price range considering I still have thousands of miles and months to go along with paying for my diving instructor certification which will just about break me when the time comes.
Chaouen and the surronding Rif are some of the most beautiful areas that I've seen in Morocco. The desest, the dunes and the other parts of the High, Middle and Anti Atlas and parts of the coasts are also definently worth the time and money (if you have it that is) to check out.
Coool Nice pics mate. Reminds me of my trip to essaouria amd sidi kaouki.
did you get a chance to do some quad biking there ? Well it is
amazing, had sea on one side and mounains on the other.

Traveling and seeing the world, ancient art, ruins and culture, whitewater kayaking, scuba diving and raku firing/pottery and lost wax bronze casting/sculpture are my pasions. Someday I'll find the right place to settle down have a family and open a dive shop/kayaking/raku/bronze school and studio. I've previously traveled through Mexico, Belize, Honduras, Guatemala, Nicaragua and Costa Rica. My favorite place so far is probably Lake Atitlan even with the idenginous people being treated almost like second class citizens in the country that they and their decendents have lived for thousands ... full info
