Almost two years before, I had discovered a program online called The Center for Teaching and Learning in China (CTLC). This program would educate graduates at Peking University and allow them to take examinations for the Teaching English as a Foreign Language Certification (TEFL). After waiting over a year to apply, I was accepted in. Before I knew it, I was on a plane to Beijing, China.
