you missed one place which is the most discoverable (alamdar road)
Alamdar road is located up in between army cant and mountains . there only HAZARA people lives who are well educated and peaceful people, there you will not find arms and such terifying things. if you wanted to descover quetta then the only place you can enjoy is Alamdar road, i bet on that.

Seems like nobody has gone through High And MIGHTY FRENCH embassy in Delhi to experience what RUDENESS IS. They are the most Impolite creatures in the whole wide world.
