Hi Jimmy,
I can't seem to find my airline ticket from the flight. Check which airlines fly specifically between Chiang Mai and Luang Prabang. There are a lot of airlines that fly just within thailand and we didnt' discover them until we got here. If I happen to come across my receipt I'll let you know. Cheers.
Luang Prabang to Chiang Mai Great blog! Can't wait to get to Laos in a few months. Was wondering who you flew with from Chiang Mai to LP with? I was planning on doing the reverse route and can only find tickets for closer to $250.
Thank you and enjoy your trip!
hey Sounds like you are having a great time. Keep up the emails. I too have escaped from the cold and enjoyed sitting by the pool in Vegas today. It was 22, no 35 degrees... but warm considering what it is like at home.

Rockin¨j hostel I stayed at Rockin"j for 4 days in July 2008...Puerto Viejo is very nice and tranquilo place...but the owner of this hostel looks only for money...no care about the customers...in my 3rd day there I went back from the sea and find my luggages out of the dorm I had rent and kept them in reception...why ?...because,as they explained at me, they had a reservation for 12 persons...so they had got me out of the 4 beds room (me and a woman from Chile) in order to fill it with the new ones...they offered me ,if I wanted to stay, a tent in cheaper price...noone asked me firstly...they just got us out of the room...sorry but I propose at the new travellers to search for better hostels there...and there are many
