Well, I finally got to the blog! I need to make my own blog about the journey I have had trying to get to your blog! But, Alas, it was worth the wait. You look like you are having such a wonderful time and the weather looks gorgeous. Can't wait to see you. I just found out that the day you were at the Reagan Library our family was there honoring Shannon's dad, Congressman Elton Gallegley. He just finished his 25 year term as the Republican Congressman in Ventura County. I wonder if you saw them. I'll email you pictures. Hugs and Lots of Love!

Alaska with Chuck and Kathryn
Looks like you two had a great day with Chuck and Kathryn. It is always a much more personal trip with friends guiding you around their city. The weather looked rather cook and wet? We are finally experiencing some real summer here in Seattle. Carry on with the fun. What a treat for the other passengers getting to hear Bob sing:)

Wish we were there!!
Okay, so this the best travel log we have ever read! You guys are amazing; so much detail!! How do you have time to experience your vacation with such wonderful & long blogs!!??? We just drive 6 hrs to Irvine, schlepted one lg suitcase, one sml suitcase, one elec cooler, 2 paper bags filled with snacks, one c-pap machine, one laptop, one man bag, one straw basket filled with other stuff & one duffle bag filled with shoes. After schleping all that stuff up & down a hotel, a two story house & then another two story house we are ready for a one stop cruise to anywhere. Miss you guys & do excited to be sharing in your wonderful trip. Larry is SO jealous that he can't be there for karaoke. Let us know how you do. Hugs & love

Hi Bob, We are getting and enjoying your blogs. How was the sailing across to Whidbey? Did you catch the ferry right away or have to wait? Island life is slow and easy and it sounds like you two are really enjoying. The weather is supposed to be nice afternoons for a few days. Hope you get lots of it.
