Very nice description!!! This was one of the finest description of India by a foreigner. And yes its true, we Indians, are not very well planned in most of the things we do, but we are all used to it and that is life for us. You will find different colors in different parts of India, and yet you will see the "TYPICAL" India every where. Please write more, so we know, what the world things about us....

I am getting used to them but the cockroaches. Igh! I would have been out the door without my bag probably. Your pics are wonderful. I look forward to hearing the stories in person. I could go for that no tv, no phone, just stars and food being prepared and rafting. Sounds heavenly. Forgive the pun. Love you lots and soooo proud. Miss you. Mom

kosher????? You really are going to have to go to the mikvah to clean up your insides or something after all that unkosher stuff. You are just used to our culture which is sort of strange sometimes also. At least you will want to come home, I hope.
Enjoy Thailand and come home soon. Love Mom
The things I learn on the blogs. You do seem to thrive when you travel. Great pics, too. Sorry the teaching is boring. But it will get better. Love and miss you. Mom

no comment Hi Trish,
Sorry i took so long to answer you this time. Busy with the move and all.It is very difficult for many reasons with so much to do. Cannot wait to see you and see more pictures.Hope you are watching the sun burning! You do not want to end this trip on a sour note.
Wish i was with you.Miss you! Hugs and kisses, AuntyK and Uncle S
Hi Trish,
another great blog! Oh, about those guys refusing you the phone and internet, they must be relatives of the Winterset owner, remember the hotel in Florida? (LOL).
Wow an elphant ride, good thing you are not scared of hights like I am. The beaches sound like paradise. I actualy know some people that have vacationed in Thailand and according to them the beaches are unparalleled. do you see a lot of damage from the sunami a few years back or are you not in that area? By the way, remember, if you see the tide going in all of a sudden in the middle of the day, you start runnig away from the ocean, and fast, OK? Anyways, enjoy your days at the beach, relax and we'll see you soon.
Love,
Vicky
PS Everyone at home says hi and send their love.
Jealous If you decide not to come home (I think you're nuts to do so)then I want to come and spend some crazy times with you and explore the world according to Trish. It sure beats the hectic life here in Montreal.
Oh,if I were only twenty something again!!!
i am coming hi girls
Thailand sounds just like what i need now except for the cockroaches a nd the drugs., well...........Glad that the end of your trip is relaxing and beachy since when you come home...........enjoy the rest of it and we look forward to seeing you soon. love ya mom

I was not even upset about the things you did this time. that part about the pics taken of you was a riot and i think you might be the new paris hilton of laos. love ya, keep up the good stories. it sounds like a great place to be when you are your age. i do live vicariously..... love mom
