Hi, Tias! Enjoyed your pics, comments. I have lived in San Miguel de Allende and in Oaxaca, Mexico where I attended writers' groups (hosted several) and would like to know of any in Cuernavaca, Mexico. I will be there only from 2/10-3/10 '08 to have dental work done, but would LOVE to participate in a writers group, if you know of any. Would be grateful for a response. Good luck in your travels! D.

Checkin in Hey Tia, I received your message and I will be there for the family reunion. I am staying for a week but I will try to come back at the end of July for the Aiken family reunion. I sent you a private message also basically saying the same thing. New York is great, it is always something to do. You got to come visit NY again, its so much more to see. How's Mexico so far? Are you enjoying yourself? Right now it is 8:30pm here and the weather is up and down. Its offically spring but, we will not get good weather until another 2 weeks or so. No sabes el gusto que me da que estes visitando parte de lo que es mi mundo. Me hubiera gustado que fueras a Cuernavaca y te quedaras con mi familia y salieras con mis amigos y Jorgepero, por lo visto, ya es tarde :( Lo siento. Oye, no las llevaron a Teotihuacan??? Es una de las cosas mas importantes para ver en DF. Al igual que el Templo Mayor que esta a un lado de la Catedral en el Zocalo capitalino, el Museo Nacional de Antropologia e Historia y el Castillo de Chapultepec(donde filmaron varias escenas de la pelicula de Romeo y Julieta(Di Caprio/Danes)). Son lugares hermoso y con mucha historia.
Bueno, espero que estando en Oaxaca los lleven a Monte Alban, Mitla, el arbol del Tule;que es un ahuehuete(tipo de arbol), ENORME. Apenas y 100 personas tomadas de las manos le dan la vuelta a su tronco. Parece una muralla, a Yagul y a Guelatao; el pueblo donde nacio Benito Juarez, el Presidente de Mexico que gobierna junto con Maximiliano y lo manda fusilar, al igual que su casa en Oxaca, las 27 iglesias, en fin, todo!!!!
