You arrive in San Jose nackered and distraught frm the previous three days horrendous journey...and all you want to do is to arrive into a nice clean, cosmopolitan city, and go to a lovely hotel for the night and relax and try to recover frm the previous event. We pulled up at the bus station and it was raining....rainy season has arrived early apparently or more like just when david and Jenni arrive....it was rush hour and the city was massive and dirty and really busy and we were stung by five times over the price for the taxi to the hostel!
