Moving to Berlin - let's see what the hype is about!

Work offered me a 6month (approximately) placement in Berlin, mainly because they have a huge resource gap which needs filling. Work-wise, this is great because it means I will get a load of responsibility, but the other(even better?) bonus is that is means I will be in Berlin, a city that every person I have ever met has told me they love, and that not a single one has said a bad thing about.

So it will be interesting...I have started another blog for this, partly because it's a good way to touch base with friends and family back home, partly because I think I will find it fun.

Expect a mixture of stories both brilliant (I hope) and banal (more likely) - don't say I didn't warn you!
