Estoy celosa! I'm jealous! Sounds like you guys had a wicked time. Lindsay, seguro que tu espaƱol es fabuloso! I'm looking forward to hearing about your next adventures.
Memories... Rincon de Guayabitos...all that and only a 2.5 star rating? I can only dream of what magical location your next blog will detail. Here's to oceanside aerobics, not-so-gourmet food, and that angry cross protector guy on the hill. Thanks for making the trip great!!!
Disappointed in the lack..... I was very disappointed by the fact that none of your pictures posted. I would have loved to see them. I've always been so curious about this area especially since the late 60's. Didn't see your pictures but I loved your blog
veryyyyyy creative!!! hey Tara, lindsay and paul.... its just amazing to read all the experiance u guys have had and it really inspires us to travel a lot like u guys and explore a lot of things.. i guess we r just an utter waste wen actually look at u guys having such amazing time.. and most of all i was so excited to see tat u have actualyy wrote abt us too...
We miss Laos too!!! Hey guys! Love your blog entries on Laos, wasn't it amazing!!! Vietnam has been great too and we are on our way to Cambodia on Monday. How long are you there for? Keep Safe.
Oh My Budda hey chica's, hope you had a safe trip home, surprised you actually made your flight to bangkok. Thanks for the card, very sweet :). Have a good Xmas and NY and see you girls either in BC or UK. Mins
Lovin' the Blogs! I've thoroughly enjoyed your writing about all the places you girls have been!! Can relate to most of the places, and Lao is up there for me also. Thanks for sharing, you're great writers!
Hello! Once again, it is an absolute pleasure to read your blogs. Thank you so much for the time and detail that you put into them. Well, it's almost time for your return to Alberta, so I know you'll take time to enjoy your final days. Take lots of pictures and see lots of things! I can't wait to see you both soon!
simple life this is good example of how little we need to enjoy life. It is to bad we are stuck with not caring for the people that should mean the most to us.life can be very easy and good if you mix a little love and caring in with it. take care thinking about you guys, and our prays are with you.
Hey you crazy kids! HEY TARA, LINDSAY, PAUL! (...is he still with you?) This is just fantastic! I knew you guys were on the road but I hadn't heard about the blog 'till now... your travels sound unbelievable and your pictures are outstanding! Good for you guys for keeping up the blogging - it allows for us 'less mobile' folks to travel vicariously through you. Think of me chained to a desk as you galavant from country to country! I love you both, be safe and have fun... we'll catch up over x-mas!
Presence Hi Lindsay (and Tara),
I'm reading your blogs one after the other from the beginning and go to this point before responding. This is just wonderful! Lindsay, now you know what I was talking about when I said, "India teaches you presence." Can't wait to read on...
Kind regards, Denis
Not what I heard Your description of the full moon party is too funny. Tom's been avoiding sharing too much of these stories for a couple of years...a "cultural event"... Glad you had fun!
I just want to say that I think your journals are GREAT and I think you girls should write a book about your travels, when you return home.
By the way I hope the sand wasn't too hot, while you where on the beach.
Enjoy the rest of your trip.
Regards
Stan
You guys are awesome! Hi girls! I've been reading your travel blogs ever since you started them. You guys are so impressive, travelling to Asia by yourselves! I've been wanting to do something like that for ages but have been too chicken to go ahead and do it. That's ok though, because now I can live vicariously through you... :) I especially loved your stories about India, it makes me want to go back so badly! Take care and make it back home to Canada in one piece! Love, Rini
Hi guys! I am so happy you are in Thailand, I got pretty wasted off those darn buckets, mostly because I am such a lightweight when it comes to alcohol! I would have to say Chiang Mai was my favourite area to visit as it seems more rural than the beach areas down south. If you have a chance, visit a temple called Wat Phrathat Doi Suthep. I am sure you heard of it, it is on a mountain, the walk to the top is not bad at all!
Good Elephants/Poor Feet Great story and, as ususal, superb recounting of the events. I love the picture of the elephants, my all-time favourite animal! Your feet need the quick intervention of a pedicurist...but it's all part of the experience. It's cool to see and read your experiences. Bring them on ! Take care and soak your feet, woman !!
The Indian Connection Now you girls are making me feel Doubley India sick with all those comments!!
P.S: My grammer might not be correct...but I guess Lindsay will get the point
Proper Grammar is Key!!! I'm with Janis - thanks for the lovely grammar, punctuation and syntax! These things are important! I can't wait to see you girls at Christmas time...it's almost here! Peace out! Booyah!!!
I know the feeling Hey Guys!
First of all, I understand the "homesick for India" feeling, it's been in my blood for about 7 months now...a trip to the Sikh temple including lunch last week just made it worse.
Second: I have a niece, her name is Henna (born yesterday).
Third: You'll have to wait to get home for details, but my life took a big turn that involves being committed to Golden for the next three years (yes, an election was also involved!)....
Your blogs are inspiring and make that "homesick for India' feeling even WORSE! Linsay, I will have to meet you one day.
Trouble alone...double trouble together. After many years of being in separate cities we decided to reunite with a bang....a four month ticket to Southeast Asia.... full info
