Day one - Wednesday 5th of September Take the night train in a sleeper cabin to Budapest departing from Prague Main Station, Czech Republic at 23:30. Day two - Thursday the 6th of September Arrive at Budapest Keleti station in Hungary at 8:30 in the morning, take the bus straight from the station to the Airport. Depart Budapest Feringy airport at 11:15 landing in Targu-Mures airport in Romania at 13:50. Take the bus to the centre of Targu Mures, have a wander around the town, grab lunch, and then take take a minibus to Sighisoara at 16:30.
