It's funny, before we got to Greece we never pictured it as being an overly romantic city, but that was one of the first things I felt when roaming the tiny side streets in Athens, not romantic like flowers candles and sunsets, but a smaller quaint style. Beatiful. :)
I don't know if I'll ever be able to eat Greek food outside of the country again, my memories of Greek food in Canada don't do the delicacies we're having here justice in anyway.
Cheers!!

nice blog Thanks for sharing . Reading your blog made me crave for Greek food, which is one of many reasons for the fond memories i hold of this lovely country. Romantic, that too. Many other European cities vie for that title, but Athens surely is also in my book in that department. Happy travels!
The Prodigy Rock! Hey guys,
I know you've already seen them now so you ALREADY know.... The Prodigy are freakin' ace live. In fact I'd would stick my neck out and say they're one of the best live acts this country (UK) has, I think the music scene is one main things that make me proud to be a brit! I'm sure you had an absolute blast. :-)
Safe travels,
Mike
Its been a blast You have had an amazing trip, the photo's do it justice. Shame you're not gonna come see us in India, perhaps next time. Enjoy Europe guys and stay safe - no more hospital visits to add to that list!
Absolutely amazing!! One of the best blogs with credit due to that amazing city and credit the amazing adventure travellers, and best photo journalist crew ever!! I got vertigo from the 100th floor and I was just looking at the fantastic photo!! Now that you're "famous"........................
Love Dad
What can I say but WOW.... Somebody pinch me, is what I'd be saying if I was looking down at this magnificent view..I think anything worth achieving has it's risks, and your daily journeys, like mouldy walls, or precarious rides, make it all worth it to see something like this with your own eyes.. My "NIkkyDee"( my pet name for my D300) and I, are totally envious!!!!!!!!!!
A Well Balanced Young Couple As usual, your blogging and photography is captivating.. In this fast paced world, it's refreshing to see young people that take the time to explore and record this incredible journey for the rest of us who haven't yet seen so much, and subtly plant travel seeds into our heads too. I only wish my three kids were getting this kind of education.......
Shanghai development Actually the entire Pudong area out to the new airport was developed in the 90's. The Bund project was under construction last May when I visited. They were only clearing the area for the Worlds Fair...no environmental impact statements or community hearings for that effort! The entire Worlds Fair grounds and pavilions were completed in less than one year! When the Chinese decide to do something they do it quickly!
I loved the picture at the top. the Guilin, China, there is a beautiful position of clouds getting also the sunlight fading. Very nice picture.
Anyways, at this blog I notice that china is a beautiful place also to travel with maybe I should have to see it someday.
There once was a girl from Vancouver who traveled to Cuba with a friend for some much needed time away. While there she met a young man on vacation with his family. They became friends and kept in touch for many years. The young man, at the time, lived a world away from the girl and so they utilized the wonderful technology known as the internets until one day he returned to his homeland in Canada, and the online friendship blossomed into much more and they moved in together.
After a year of living together and working jobs for the man and the music industry they were considering taking it a... full info
