Hong Kong: Paradiso as Emily calls it! Hong Kong proved to be her ideal blend of Eastern culture with Western conveniences and cuisine. After two weeks of menus dominated by fried snake and Peking Duck, we were excited to find Lebanese, Thai, Italian, Greek, Spanish and virtually every other dinner option imaginable. The skies were blue upon arrival so we anxiously checked into our hotel before heading to Victoria Peak. The staff at the Cosmo Hotel successfully sold us on the value of an upgrade to an Executive Room on the top floor of the 27 story hotel, providing spectacular views of Hong Kong Island's skyline.
