Azerbaijan - 2014

'Where the hell are you going' - this was the reaction of friends, family and colleagues when I mentioned that I will join a friend for a week in Azerbaijan.
Well, I joined this friend as he is after this 'I want to visit all countries in the world during my life time'. He asked me already couple of times to join him to destinations like Brunei, Eritrea, Somaliland etc but to be honest, these are not destinations I am after.

However the proposal to visit Azerbaijan somehow appeared to me very interesting and more I read about it and its capital Baku, I was getting excited to see it.
And it was definitely worth it.
