"Quite extraordinary" as David Coleman can still be heard to say. Hope you have a straight- forward return journey and we've just learnt that the next England team manager is coming from Brazil. Nuts indeed!
Gutsy Britons Paraguay, the black hole of South America...we are impressed and jsut in case you wondered will never follow your path into this country...We are on our way to Bali after a few nice weeks in overdeveloped New Zealand. Hope you are doing fine.

Hello There Hmm, that flutterby looks similar to some of the ones in Manu, as do the caimans! I love the graffiti. Can't wait to hear from you guys again!

shut up i'm still waiting in the pub for you. did you say you would be along shortly or that you were going to south america for six months. see you soon. p.s shut up
not late, merely delayed I was shocked to read in your blog of the "late David Coleman". I suspect the Beeb are merely resting him and I am hoping that he will soon reappear wearing a characteristic brightly-coloured cardigan to host 'A Question of Sport: The Untold Story'.
Recalled to Life Over a month later, I've finally found my way onto this wonderful world of adventure... at 11 PM. Things are so much different after such a great trip. I hope you two are still loving it. I'll mail/E-mail you some pictures whenever you want. Stay safe, keep in touch. I'm going to go bask in the ability to flush my toilet paper.

Wish I was there. Do I? Have read all and thoroughly enjoyed the update; so many places and adventures!!
Twickenham must seem a million light years away!
The cultural experience and vision must be so rewarding. You won't want to come back!
To keep you in touch with reality, I've just putting on my coat and rushing to the car through the drizzle to get home for a nice cup of tea. How does that sound? Mixed feelings ah!
Love and best wishes, Joy xx
Robbed by a soygringo G'day! It took us an 8 hour plane ride from Darkest Africa to the snowy depths of Kent to discover that you weren't still in Ecuador after all. Please tell soygringo!
great! Sounds great again, although we already heard your stories on the Christmasdinner...;-)
Have a great time in Manu, and we will meet again in Bolivia!!
Lots of love, and save travels! The Dutchies
wow! What a nice story! And thanks for the nice words about us!! Nice to read something from you. Enjoy!! And we hope to see you soon, we go to Nazca tomorrow.
Love Ray and Leoniek (´The nice dutch couple´)
Hey we´re famous? It almost looks as if the inspiring british couple actually gives us the honour of being mentioned in their bloq. Well the young dutch couple (thanx) basically put the incas on our shitlist for a while, until we found out that many of them fall victim to crime of the evil incas as well. In any case, we have recovered from the violent robbery after a lovely jungle trip. We travel faster now, as P&B travel slower, which we can´t blame em, we´re young and they´re uh, less young. For the rest we can say that this is a brilliant blog. We´ll try to match it with our still-to-come Dutch blog.
Cheers

Hola! Yay!At last, we have contact. Interesting that about George the tortoise. In theplace I'm staying in CapeTown, they have a male and female tortoise, and his name is George. Do you think they're related?Or are all male tortoises called George.
George is the speediest tortoise on 4 legs! He attacks everyone, and was recently seen hanging off the calf of his owner while she attempted to paint in the garden.
I got tired of sitting with my feet on the table, so recently, when George noticed I was in his territory, he went into overdrive and headed my way.I decided this was not on....and stared at him....deathstare like.....and thunk"George! Stop! and turn around!!".....and he stoppedand staredme in the eye for about 10 seconds and turned around andwalked in the opposite direction, where he attacked the female and managed to turn her upside down and push her into the pool....(He's mean and evil thru and thru)
Subsequently,I've found the staring telepathic approach works every time...his owner can't believe it!
