City of Sin! Hi Princess! The gambling has been not so good. Shopping? I have now too many handbags. Went to Bellagio, but there was no chocolate fountain in the foyer. There was an insect display - snails, ants, butterflies and lots of flowers - beautiful (Cirque Du Soleil - new show like Bugs Life playing there). We went to the IMperial Palace yesterday and saw the Auto Museum and the Elvis Collection. We also went on the Price is Right at Bally's. Wayne got called up on stage to spin the big wheel - he only won a shirt. Watched the musical fountains at Bellagio. Oh, went to Fremeont the other night. So different there - quieter, very old school. Can't wait to come back again....though we will need to start saving.
the city that never sleeps so how did you go..did a bit of gambling maybe....did you go see the chocolate fountain in Bellagio ?---------- am nostalgic still remembering the time I was there --------so enjoy every bit and good luck you might win big money US$. Shopping is very good there - you've been to the grand canyon? the big drop .......
See you soon in May...................................yeah!
Viva Las Vegas! We've arrived! Tornadoes, snow storms nor torrential rain could keep us from making it to the strip! Everything is so HUGE! I imagined one street of hotels - this is a city. So many people. So many pokies! Tanya would love it. We wouldn't see Christine or Tanya for days. We see Wayne Newton tomorrow night (Saturday 23rd here) at the Flamingo. We can See Caesars Palace from our room at Ballys (22nd floor). Buffets for $5 - again, Tanya would be in heaven! Back on the diet on the 3rd May. We are here until 28th April - 27th is our 25th Anniversary. Back in LA on 28th and flying out on the 29th - :-( Back to work on the 3rd to start saving for the next holiday! New York? Florida?
snow snow snow our friend from Las Vegas said that they had a christmas vacation in Salt Lake City and loved skating and enjoyed so much that they promised to go every year. Hope you find the place beautiful too.
That is scary if you have been caught in the tornado ....... you'll have so many stories to tell back home.
You'll enjoy Las Vegas, maybe you are now ..................Have a great time.
hmmmmm know what you're very detailed - you still remember everything from the movie - you should be a scriptwriter. Unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Moving on in 1 more day... (sigh) Hey Princess, book your tickets and bring your beautiful grand daughter over to the Vampire territory! I hope that your GD likes the photos. I've had a wonderful time driving around the country side looking for filming locations. Yesterday we went to the high school where the action happened in the car park when Edward saved Bella's life. We also went back and took some more photos of the green house (green is good) . I'll put all those photos up today when I get back from visiting Charlie's Police Station!
Happy now .... Glad you made it to the land of vampires and werewolves safe and sound. I can just imagine your face beaming with happiness ...............yah yah yah ..............I know you're having fun................... my granddaughter is really envious, she wants to go there too ..................I go, just look at the photos and imagine............. anyway take care you won't get suck up by the vampires.
Ross Dress for Less And yet I still came out with nothing! I think I need a shopping partner - another girl. Wayne and Ash are doing well though. They even had Prada and Jimmy Choo shoes for sale there - for about $400 a pair. Michael Kors bags were going for less than $200.
Hey guys , Hope you are all well .... Wow it really looks like you are having a great time , love the Desperate House Wives pic's . Happy Happy belated birthday Wayne , looks like it was a good one . xx
Hi Fanny! Hope you enjoyed the photos. This place was unbelievably huge! This man was spending 50k a day on artifacts for this castle in the 1920's. Convert that to todays spend and he was spending an enormous amount. Talk about having too much money.
Huge huge huge My my what a place, mansion? Gosh, you rekon I can have one if I win the big lotto and invite all the celebrities and the Rappers can mingle huh?
What a dream ............................................
Someday my dreams come true ......................oops somebody woke me up.
wake up to reality baby!
Shopping is great in San Fran! Bloomingdales, Macys, Nordstroms, Giorgio Armani, everything! Bought a couple of new handbags - how unusual you day. Have bought a jacket to help tackle the cold weather in Oregon next week (will be there on 15th) - Edward will just have to keep me warm if the jacket doesn't work - wouldn't that be just terrible? Will get Wayne to take more photos of me (I hate getting my photo taken). We have some more to upload from the past few days when we visited Hearst Castle on the way up here. Speak to you soon! Love Missy xx
You may have to come and do a Black Belt project What a spectacular place SF is! Absolutely loving the architecture here. The hills are really steep and great for walking up - getting exhausted and feeling really old by the end of the day. We're going to Alcatraz on Sunday. It's going to be raining (great) and cold no doubt. If there has to be a down side....Heading off to Oregon on the 12th, booking in at St Helen's on the 15th...watch out Edward! Speak to you soon. Don't have too much fun without me. Love Michelle x
I left my heart....... In San Frans Disco! What a fabulous place this is! Love the people, the food, the architecture, the shopping! Went on the Tourist Drive 49 today and saw the street that feature on Full House. The hills are so steep. Great for walking. We drove down Lombard Street (the crooked street in SF) - you've probably seen it in the movies. Caught a tram yesterday when we went to Fisherman's Wharf. Going to Alcatraz tomorrow. What are you going to be doing? hehehehehe
Wish I were there too......... Funny I can still remember the 2007 trip my family did - exactly the same places we went, just that I was expecting a photo of you on one of those walk of fame star of Marilyn Monroe. I need more photos of you with pictures on the background. Let Wayne of Ashley take photos of you everywhere.
So no twilight photos, too bad.........maybe you'll do it in Falks.
So how's shopping? had enough, bargains? don't think so.............I know you will set a day just for shopping - let your boys follow you where you want to go, you're the queen so. . . . . . . . . . . . .
Off to San Francisco I expect more photos of you. Always remember those are memories.

Hooray for Starbucks! Hi Princess!
Lucky there's a Starbucks on nearly every corner! We had to buy an electric kettle so I could have my daily fix of Moccona. Went to visit the celebrity cemeteries today but decided to go shopping instead (found Marshalls, TJ Max, Tillys). Wish you were here to show me where all the bargains are! Take care! Missy xx
EDWARD BETTER WATCH HIMSELF! Hey Paulie,
So good to hear from you! We're having a great time. Just over 3 more weeks to go (sigh). Hope you're taking things greasy back there. Heading to San Fran tomorrow - should arrive on Thursday (here). Want me to get you a pair of those pants with the bum cut out or a stick-on handle bar moustache?
Thinking of you! Dragon x x
